I bought this as a curiosity related to nutrition, but I think it tastes better than other culinary oils I've tried. I've used it for baking. The flavor and aroma it adds to baked goods is nice!

Hi I just want everyone to know that is interested in this product, it is excellent. I use it on my hair and skin. I mix half safflower oil and half olive oil, then I heat it in the microwave for 20 seconds; it make a great conditioner for your scape. Also I have used it in lotion, just put about 1 tablespoon in your lotion and it leaves your skin silky soft and smooth. It suppose to help you lose weight, but I have yet to mustard enough strength to try it. Whenever I ruin out I will definitely be ordering some more of this product. Oh by the way you can't find it in the stores. I have tried already. My mother, sister-law and nieces have tried it.and they all loved it. Before I forget this very important information This product will leave your hair silky and soft for days. I used this product once a week, my other family members use it twice a week.

I tried this from Amazon because it was on sale. It is perfect for frying. It didn't start smoking and doesn't leave food greasy. Unfortunately it's difficult to find it in larger sizes. So I found another company that sold food grade safflower oil in larger amounts.

Love! Non GMO and high heat work. Never disappointed so far. Works wonderfully in any type of cooking. My food tastes yummy great. I recently made fried eggs. I forgot them in the pans with the heat turned off. The eggs soaked up the oil. Because of the quality of the oil the eggs tasted great even though oily. Spectrum seems like a great brand. And glass container is very important to me.

I usually cook with Olive and Canola oil, but bought this because the store was out of Canola Oil.... It has a very subtle taste so it won't affect your recipes. It also has a high temperature smoke point and is considered to be as good as Olive oil (health-wise, from what I have read online).I have used it to cook, season my cast iron and for baking. Really happy so far!
