Harmen Miller quality. This my 2nd chair from this seller. 1st one is a full mesh seating. This version offers foam / spring seat padding which is unique. It is really comfortable to sit on and fells like a bed mattress. It is firm but yet contours to your body. Quality of parts is top of line. Instruction easy to follow and I assemble it in 30 min with no instructions required. The footing is all metal. Arm rest is adjustable and can turn. For the asking price is great bargain. The back does not tilt back as much thou. Seating size is wide. Overall this is excellent buy and you can not go wrong.

Very impressed with the quality. I love that the entire base is metal, which is why I bought it. My previous chair had plastic in the base, and that plastic starting breaking away, so I'm glad I don't have to worry about that with this chair. All of the adjustable features are great and the cushion is very comfortable compared to my old chair.

This is the most comfortable chair that I have had in years. I have back issues and the ergonomic features make it comfortable to sit for several hours per day. I got the roller-skate wheels which make rolling the chair very smooth.

Quality chair thas was an easy build, and padded nicely for long sit support. Only knocked it down one STAR from five for the lumbar support that is nearly impossible to adjust to your own comfort 'spot' (it's just too hard with not enough padding is all). Overall nice chair for the money and glides easy on my hard carpet pad. Looks like a quality chair too, and would buy again/recommend. Update Aug 18th, 2025: Right armrest broke clean off, and called the ELEBEST 800# for support (as it was beyond 30 day Amazon purchase), and not only did I get instant support through a replacement arm rest shipped out the next day (from USA) but the agent provided me with a free 2 yr extended Warranty! Wow!

I purchased this chair because my office chair needed to be replaced. I especially wanted more seat cushion which they advertised. When the chair arrived you could really feel the difference in the seat. However, after several months the cushion is no different than the chair I got rid of. Don't get me wrong, the chair itself is well made, but I feel very disappointed because the cushion did not hold up. I have changed my review to five stars because of the superior service the company offered me to fix my problem. The immediately sent out a new cushion seat at no charge.

Update: The cylinder that raises and lowers the seat died in 4 weeks, 4 days past the return window. Only way to contact them is through phone. Sad, but would never buy from this company again. Old review: I really like this chair, but it's not for everyone. Pros: Large seat cushion. great for sitting crosslegged or wiggling around SPRINGS! That's not for everyone, but plain foam is a non starter for me. Mesh is ok but (see next pro) The seat is FLAT and not tilted backwards. I have no idea who wants a seat that tilts backward while in working position. It forces you to hunch your back. Tilting forward forces you to straighten up. But most chairs tilt back. (BTW, they didn't used to. The Aeron will still tilt forward for you) Comfortable arm rests (when they stay where you put them} Really solid base Cons: Large seat cushion. Might be deep for some people, it's perfect for me (5'6", but with long legs) Riser cylinder barely goes tall enough. At the very top is just right without a foot rest. With a footrest, it's too short without an extra gel cushion. Again, I am 5'6". I can't imagine how this works for a tall person. Arms rests easily get pushed out or in. They adjust up and down and stay fine, but the also have a pigeon toe in and out function that has no lock on it. I'll likely get tired of this and put a screw in to stop it from rotating from side to side as I like mine straight. Wheels were acceptable, but I traded out for the double caster skate wheels as I have had good luck with them (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09X4LPHP5?) I will be putting a seat cover on because anything fabric needs a seat cover in my book. Base looks like it takes a standard cylinder, so replacement should be fairly easy. One star off for the shortness and floppy side to side arms. Other than that, this chair is a win for me.

Had some minor issues with the chair months after buying it and the company responded promptly to correct the issue. Appreciate how they stand behind their product!

The seat base was poorly pitched - felt like i was sliding off of it. Stopped by a hardware store, got a couple longer bolts and a bunch of fender washers, and all was right with the universe.
