I used this creatine and I can see the change on my body but plz check the scoop it's not 3g and also have some side effects on my left hand getting lump it's not good , before I was buying this product I saw one review and I ignored it but it's happened to me to plz check I stop taking this and order better quality product and see the difference between this and good brand plz check don't ignore this like I did plz be careful guys it will cost little more but it will be good for your body just think about it before buying 🙏

Best thing about HealthVit creatine is it is better in mixability compared to muscleblaze creatine.I feel that the scoop is a bit bigger.Water retention is not that great as well as the pump is average. Pros: 1.Great mixability 2.Low price compared to other brands. 3.Mildly saluted pumps Cons: 1.Large scoop=more dose 2.Not epic pumps like other brands. 3.Tasts sucks(just like any other creatine though) Overall:- This is your best option if you want to buy a creatine in lower price range.If you can spare few extra bucks i would suggest muscleblaze creapro.

This is my first creatine intake. Using it for almost a month. For the first two to three days you wouldn't notice a difference but after that it's really great, even after two hours of rigorous training you would still have strength left in you to go more, it really boosts your performance. I take it 15 mins before I go to gym and it helps to lift more weight and go a bit longer. Totally value for money. One star less for the packaging as the outer seal was broken and the hologram was removed however the inner seal was perfecto. No complaints from me. Don't forget to drink atleast 3 litres of water daily when you consume it.

This stuff really does work. My first time using creatine I really did not know what to expect. I watched a lot of YouTube videos and googled and everyone was saying different things. This is the way I took it to make sure I got 100% of the serving.take a small sip of water and hold that in your mouth, get a full tablespoon of this creatine and put in mouth, chase with water behind that. Don’t try to do it without water in your mouth first cause it will be like the cinnamon challenge haha. Do not store this somewhere it may get hot because it will all clump together. But anyways I say all that to say this: this is one of the most researched supplements out there. It definitely works.
