ch bin mit diesem Shaker sehr zufrieden und habe ihn gleich zweimal gekauft. Die Qualität ist hochwertig, das Design praktisch und zuverlässig im Alltag. Ich empfehle den Nike TR Recharge Shaker sehr gerne weiter.

This shaker is okay. I bought it because I saw it well reviewed on another site but it hasn't worked as great for me. To start the lid has a small recess in it that protein gets stuck into and it wont mix in at all. Second, I still have trouble with shaking some of my powders. Besides that I like the size, I like the idea, it just hasn't worked out great for me and I have since switched to a glass bottle with an electric stir.
