Definitely keeps the brassines away, but isn't too strong. I use it every time I wash my hair, it's better than other purple shampoos as it doesn't dry out the hair.

I have not tried a ‘purple’ shampoo before so was not sure what to expect. Firstly, I found the fragrance quite overpowering and it lingered throughout the day. I am not a fan of pump bottles as I have a shower caddy that this sits in and when pressing down on the pump it is putting undue pressure on the suction holders and I am worried this will make the caddy fall onto the shower floor. The actual product is quite thick and lathers up quite well, but after this I noticed there was still streaks of the purple product stuck to my hands as it was so viscous which was a little odd. The lather rinses out well and my hair felt a little more moisturised than normal. When brushing my wet hair afterwards I did notice my hair was softer, and that has remained the feeling, letting it mostly air dry then just shaping it with the blow dryer. I can’t say I have noticed any ‘brightening’ effect on my grey hairs, after the one use as promised in the listing, but maybe after prolonged use I will see a change. My biggest challenge with this is the high price as at £29.99 (at time of review) it is not something I could justify spending on a regular basis. I bleach my own hair around every six weeks, Around the third week my tone starts to fade. This is ideal when I want to top up the color and get rid of the brastiness The shampoo smells really nice and didn't make my hair full rough Like. Other purple shampoos. I did use this incombination with the purple hair Mask. I've forgotten before photo but afterwards.You can see how white it made my hair. Hair felt in great condition after use and completely changed the color. This Would last me a really long time,Because you only need a small amount.Well worth the money.
