The product is excellent , but I received a damaged slicer blade . Breaks my heart to return it as the seller doesn't have any more to fulfill replacement . Got the cutter from a second seller . A great product and a real time saver . Easy to operate & clean too , but pretty fragile and needs improvement . The rotator comes off with time & then it becomes useless. The CC agent in tollfree no. is helpful , but then I personally found the local service centre guy acting pricey . He won't repair ( only a washer change required, but the specific kind of washer not available except with Borosil service men).and insists you buy a second set of rotar . Not an issue as it costs 440 , but then he demands 200 as service charge to deliver . On my offering to collect , he keeps changing his availability . Have not succeeded in getting the new rotar even after 3 days . This indeed is frustrating as only a washer change could have solved the problem.

there is one big drawback ..the cutter has only push button switch. instead a simple switch would have made it much better. one hand is always required to push the plunger and the other to press the button. so if you want to shift or heap the plate, you can do nothing. otherwise .... its borosil quality, nothing to worry about.

The material to be grate in this product should be hard and competent othwise it won't grate. I tried few competent material to grate like coconut, capsicum, beat, carrot and ginger. It grated all leaving capsicum as it is. The other thing it spreads the shredded food little over your workplace, so you need to keep a big bowl underneath the outlet.

faulty product, rotator in the attachment comes out. as per mechanic this issue coming with every customer. rotator spare part is not available and complete attachment needs to be purchased. Didn't expected this from Borosil, instead of fixing this issue they are selling faulty product. better buy a complete food processor.

An awesome branded slicer, an asset for every kitchen, it really works as claimed, a much better option compared to the various designs of manual slicers or graters. There could have been a provision for a thicker slicer though.

The concept of slicing vegetables is extremely good. But from my 1 month experience, it only works for vegetables with low water content. Works fine with Beetroot, potato, bitter gourd (by using red blade). Not worked for beans/pea beans, onions, ginger... Also considering quality against price seems to be feel like an over-priced product. May be right price could be around 1000-1500 (from a layman perspective!).

A good product from Borosil. Good functionality. Saves time making salad. Easy to clean. The blades could have been more sharp. I have been using it for past few months without any problem.
