Good finishing and great product quality. Have used it regularly for about 1 month now. So far no issues, working perfectly fine and the thick slots allow for thick bakery breads to be toasted. Temp control is also good, gives the required browning.

Pros: 1. Good built. Looks sturdy & classy. 2. Provision for heating croissants, defrosting, reheating, etc. 3. Large slots for thick breads to go in Cons: 1. Short cable. Had it been longer, I would have given 5/5

Better than Haffele, since these are American and German designed and quality controlled. Haffele is made in China now, and quality control is mediocre. Black and Decker has always maintained their quality and durability as usual since 3 decades.

These Indian toasters are too powerful for the quality boffins bread manufactured here compared to North America. Even at level 2 toasts gets toasted more than I like at. But I can easily live and adjust to it....

The bread slots of the toaster is slightly shorter in height. The top edges of normal sized breads does not get as brown as the rest of the bread as they stick out of the bread slots. Otherwise the product is well made with decent material quality.

I had to set my toaster setting on 1 in order to not burn the toast. It should be able to go up to 3 setting without burning, but it does not. It toasts very well - just be warned that if you don't like burned toast, keep the setting at "1".

Sleek. Functionally smooth. Easy to clean. Toasts have never felt this way. Crispy and toasty. I am always left satisfied.
