This product is amazing and works exactly as described. I suffer from severe back and foot pain due to my job as a manicurist, since I spend many hours bent over. After comparing several products, I chose this one and I have no regrets. It helps relax my muscles, significantly reduces pain, and the heat function provides great relief. The massage speed is adjustable, and its size makes it easy to take anywhere. Definitely a great purchase.

Good massage for neck, shoulders, back and feet. Compact size but has powerful massage. You can change the direction of the massage head and increase the speed of the massage.

I really didn't expect much for this price, but it has helped a lot with shoulder and back tension & pain. I do wish there was more customization though. You basically only have two speeds - slow and not slow - and two heat levels: on or not on. Plus it turns off automatically after 15 or so minutes and while it is on it periodically reverses speed, which is less than ideal. But yeah, it serves its function well and even seems to be well-built (though only time will tell how long it actually lasts). At under $40, I definitely recommend trying it. **Edit: So far it's survived 6 months of regular use, and is still going strong 👍. I think I might get one for my mom.

Had a terrible fall in my youth which has resulted in frequent back pain and discomfort, so I decided to get this massager and I am not disappointed. It is quite portable and easy to use. Hassle-free connection at home, work and in the car. I usually use it for 15 minute intervals. There are three speed setting- for a deeper massage I use the slowest setting. It automatically oscillates between clockwise and anti-clockwise rotation which I like because I do not have to press the button each time. It also has red light which is supposed to be great for skin and pain relief. The only issue is I feel that I should be using it with my shirt off for maximum red light benefits however I am afraid doing so will eventually dirty the fabric on the massager which I won't be able to wash. Overall: Great massager which is very relaxing to use and helps with pain relief.

First, I would like to say that this pillow is made well. It is sturdy and works fantastic for deep tissue massages. It has multiple settings for massage with and without heat and for different speed level. Unfortunately, my pillow stopped working as does sometimes. I understand that sometimes defects occur. However, the way the seller handled my problem is top notch. They sent me out another pillow free of charge and there was no hassle at all. They were very understanding and professional and they shipped so fast. I received my new pillow 2 days after it was shipped. I really appreciate how easy they were to work with and that my satisfaction as a customer was their main concern. I definitely recommend this pillow because it's fantastic and the customer service is above par.

Lots to like about this item, however, the hard plastic massage nodes are very pointy and uncomfortable compared to flattened massage nodes in other products I've used before. Had to return item, was too uncomfortable to use.
