Very Good Body Composition Scale
After a couple months of religiously tracking my weight and body composition, I think this scale is reasonably accurate. It's not medical grade info, but useful in showing trends and giving a decent estimate of various measured data points. I have another scale that does similar measurements of body composition, which I find is a bit more pessimistic while the GE scale may be slightly optimistic. However, the two scales usually agree on the weight and only differe by 0.1 or 0.2 lbs when they don't agree. As a scale, I think it can be considered highly accurate. The GE scale agrees in body composition with the data my Samsung Watch 4 Classic produces, within a small margin of error. They measure using different methods, so the fact they generally match up leads me to believe they are both producing relatively good data. I would not use the data for a research paper, but it is enough to keep you motivated and moving in a healthy direction. The battery seems to last, no issues there. The screen is bright and easy to read. Like most similar scales, it is small enough to fit on a 12x12 tile, which I find helps ensure accurate readings since it needs even solid support to read properly. The GE app can be linked to the Samsung Health App through Health Connect, but the data is not instantly recognized by Samsung Health and only the weight and BMI are recognized. I usually just input the scale reading into my watch and do a second body composition reading there, which populated the data into Samsung Health, then I do a quick comparison, which is usually pretty much the same. I bought the version with the extra buttons and they make setup a little easier. Otherwise, I have not used the buttons since. I have been thinking of getting the version with the handle which adds more electrodes for the body scans to see how they compare. If I do, I will try to update this review. As it is, I think this is one of the better scales out there, just wish it had the same data sets as the Samsung Health App so more of the data would cross over from app to app.

very informative scale at a decent price
Just what I needed to get motivated to lose weight! I could not get the scale to program male/female at first; but somehow my husband did it for me. It is very nice to know my wt, BMI, % fat, etc. It came well packaged and the color was a nice dark navy. I have not used the bluetooth feature since I don't want another app on my phone!

Very accurate for big people.
I'm a big and tall guy. This scale is very study and very accurate. It's usually within a pound of the scales at the doctor's office.

Inaccurate and infuriating
How can I gain or loose 3lbs in 20 seconds with the scale on a level concrete floor? Then because it took an inaccurate measurement there is absolutely no way to delete the bad reading from the app. I had the misses try it. Now she knows that there is 2 1/2 of me to one of her. Lol. Again it added the measurements to my profile and now it is really messed up. I still can't delete the bad one of my measurements or any of her measurements that were added to my profile. I stepped on the scale multiple more times all around the surface and it read the same within 2 tenths of a pound. I have no idea how it got the bad reading. Also... The screen only stays lit for about 10 seconds. There is so much data on the readout that I do not have time to read everything, so I have to step off and back on the scale just o finish reading everything. Imagine if you were taking notes. There is no way to make the screen stay lit longer. The instructions are vague and you have to do on line searching to get some of the information you need to operate the scale. If you like lights without understanding, this is the scale for you. If you need and actually want to utilize the information, this is not worth the space it takes up on this earth. The most valuable part of this scale is the Yellow / Gold colored AAA no name batteries already installed when you get the scale.

WI-FI Smart bathroom scale.
The best scale I've ever had! It connects by Wi-Fi to your cell phone on an app that lets you keep track of your weight and other important data. I love it so much that I ordered one for my adult daughter also!

Good scale but app needs improvement.
There are 3 models offered on this web page. Originally got the "Dark Blue" model. Despite what Amazon web page description says, the body measurements won't show on this scale unless the app is open and paired each time you use the scale. Returned it and got the "Button Function-Blue" model instead. That scale will display body measurements without the app. But you do have to set up the app for the first use. The app will also track history if it is open and paired during weighing. Comments: 1) Body measurements on scale do not match app. Why are bone mass and muscle mass measurements in % on the scale but in pounds on the app? Percent is more meaningful. I.e., muscle mass measurement in pounds is meaningless since it can be affected by total weight, water, and fat measurements. Measurements in pounds doesn't give me a reference. This should be a simple fix in the app to align with the scale. Other brands use %. 2) Products Manual in the app needs improvement. The fonts are so small you can't read it. You can't zoom in either. I'm using a Galaxy phone. 3) Lack of instruction on getting second profile to read correctly first time. The second person has to step on the scale right away after his profile is set. Then it remembers and tracks with or without the app. 4) Seems like different people can also use the app on different phones. But both can not be on at the same time. 5) For some reason, when the app is not used, the scale flashes between P1 and P3 after weight is displayed as if it is asking me if I'm P1. When I tap the SET button for P1, it displays body measurements. BTW, P3 was not set. It didn't do this with P2 when that person steps on the scale. Every time I open the app, it tells me I'm "overweight". Looks like I'm borderline according to the color scale. It doesn't tell me what weight I should be to be not overweight. I would be something nice to have to set my goal.
