It works like a charm as advertised. While the air in the car was clean the rubbery smell went off. The flaws can be that 1. The cable length should be 1 m more as otherwise it will create problems for a big car when it comes to hide the cable. 2. The cable should have been type C to Type C/ USB. The present one is USB A/B similar to printers use and the otherside is 12V car socket. In case this cable gets damaged then getting a spare will be a challenge. 3. Overall the product is good. 4. The base of the product should have had some Velcro to make it stick firmly on the car.

After a considerable time spent on finding the right purifier , I zeroed down on Philips GP9311. As advertised it quickly removes all odors from the car ( my concern was the rubbery smell for a new car). I found it very useful and recommend this if you are okay to shell little extra money. It came with enough length of a electric cable with which you can put it anywhere including parcel tray.
