Too sweet for me, but I believe Elderberry is beneficial. Will not buy a chewable next time.

I have been byluying black elderberry here for years and get it quickly and it tastes great. Better than gummies

I live in New England, and from October-April, I'd say I get sick 4-5 times. Every. Single. Winter. Last fall I decided I wanted to try boosting my immune system, and read up on these. I have been taking them all winter, and have only gotten sick once (and it was a very mild cold). I typically just take one a day, but if I'm around coworkers or family members that are sick, I'll double it. They taste and smell very good. I do recommend taking them with food, as the zinc might upset your stomach if you haven't eaten. I will absolutely continue taking these. Finally, something that works!
