There are a couple of issues I found and one thing I missed having from my old system of a different brand I think should be included. Issues were that it's loud when the hard drive is writing/recording. I have it setup in my office and you can hear it echo in the room. Another issue is the window view doesn't let me pick which 2 cameras to view so it'll keep 4 windows showing instead of the 2 cameras I have connected. As for the option I miss from my old system, it would show me a still images of face and body of the person that set off the sensor along the right edge of the screen. This system requires you to search through menus to get you there. One great thing is that this system allows for color night view and recordings as a choice instead of just the standard night vision colors. Great camera system
We bought the 4K 8Ch POE camera system for our church daycare as well as our church.. Easy to install, Easy to review and great customer service when we needed it. Would recommend!
