I have PCOD and my periods have been very very late and scanty since a year, infact missed it a few months too.Got this for regulating my periods and it works like a charm. The first two periods after taking this was a little too long, but I probably needed to clear off all the bad blood from the last one year. It takes a while for the body to sort out things with the help of vitex, give it at least 3 months or more maybe. For me, by the 3rd month, I started getting my periods exactly after 28 days.
