Impressive product
There are few of its kind, but this one is at a very affordable price and I am very happy sirb its performance. I am well aware of the benefits of ozone for dental health, and this unit provides that for my routine. I have used this for gum issues, as well as cavities, and as long as it’s used regularly, it works wonders. It even resolved bleeding gums almost on just one single use. The tank is adequate size, but you will likely have to refill it often, but not so much that it’s bothersome. I can do a thorough cleaning with 3-4 tanks in about 5 minutes. I prefer to use Luke warm to slightly warmer water due to sensitivity. If you have sensitive teeth, DO NOT use room temp water or it will result in a lot of pain at first! Be careful to turn the unit off and on only while keeping it in your mouth, because it can spray in your eyes if you don’t follow this rule. At the speed the water is going, this cold likely cause severe damage. As for the ozone smell, I don’t mind it at all, but I’m also used to it. The actual smell of ozone is the familiar smell in the air just after a storm has passed. Ozone is created in the atmosphere from the electrical charges in the clouds, which is what the smell is. The “fish smell” is not quite accurate, since that would be foul to me. The smell of ozone is not foul at all, especially at lower and safe concentrations such as what this unit produces. However, at high concentrations it can be dangerous if inhaled and is poisonous, and deadly in the right conditions.

Stopped working after a week
The product was great for a week. After the battery went dead the first time, it wouldn’t recharge. The lights on the side lit up during and after charging, which is supposed to indicate that the battery is charging/charged. It would then turn on for 1-2 seconds and shut off again, and the lights would flash that the battery was dead.

Update: They refunded my purchase.
Update: Really pleased that PureRadiance refunded my purchase. Will order again & give it another try.Charged water irrigator twice and upon 2nd charge was not able to turn on. Product overall very disappointing. Ozone was nice when it worked but overall not a good product. I missed the return window ( by 2 weeks) on Amazon but would really appreciate a replacement or a refund.

I Wish I Could Give This 5-Stars; I Will If They Address One Big Thing
I recently found ozone treatment for killing bacteria in the mouth. I bought a Viajet (Their price is $84 as of this writing) but had a trip recently and couldn't pack it in a carry on. I was thrilled to find this PureRadiance unit. It obviously creates ozone, there's a slight ozone scent. It's mild if you're sensitive. It had impressive pressure. But after using it 3 weeks, came home and the pressure dropped. I presume it's the battery. And you can't power it (USB) while using it.There is about a $15-20 price difference from the Viajet at full-price for both. I caught this on a good sale, which was $34.99. I don't see paying any more than that given the rapid decline of the battery. I'm charging it after every use now, realizing it's ultimately disposable. (no access to the battery that I see).If they can straighten this out, they might have a $49 unit, simply because this and Viajet seem to be it for ozone water flossers right now and it is perfect as a portable unit at full pressure. But the tank is half the size of the Viajet, the pressure is less at best, the operation buttons are in the way, and the way each unit creates ozone is different.Company: If you will make this operable while connected (I get the whole water thing, but it is very low DC current) or find a swappable battery option that holds full power better, I will happily revise this review. Even with this big elephant in the room, I want to pick up a couple more at the lower price for the future or gifts.

Great Product
After reading the reviews, I almost didn't buy this because of the negative reviews of the battery running weak. I have had mine now for about a month and I have not had any issues with my battery. I have only charged it once and I use it twice a day. I have not had to charge it since. It's a great product and so far good. I will update this review if I have any issues after I charge it again. Will keep you posted!UPDATE: I have now had this product for almost 5 months. I've only had to charge my battery once. I use my flosser daily. So I have not once had any issues with charging or pressure. I love this item. I will probably buy one to keep at work with me.

Flosser died after 6 weeks of use
The Foster stopped working after about 5 to 6 weeks worth of use. Once the battery died and I had to recharge it, it never worked again. It lasted just long enough to be outside the return policy time! It worked fine for that 5 weeks so I would recommend purchasing a warranty plan. If you are going to purchase this item. The longevity of it does not appear to be that good. I have a non-ozone flosser that I've had for more than year, battery operated that I've had for more than a year with no problems.
