Great camera lens with great zoom capabilities and speed for motion pictures.

Great budget telephoto. I would say this lens is best at portraits and using in the 55 to 105 mm range. At longer ranges out near its maximum of 210 mm it gets very soft. The Ibis works very well and the color reproduction is very good. There are much better options for longer range, but they're also much more expensive so this is a great starter or budget lens. It's perfect to pair with the kit lens or wide angle prime if the majority of your shooting is on the shorter to mid end.

My husband bought me this lens before our trip to the Galapagos because we were on a tight budget and knew we would be spending most of the time in the water diving. We are both savvy photographers and for the life of us, could not make this lens work in any scenario that involved movement. The lens would not automatic focus on the object and instead focused on everything and anything else. Out of 100 shots, I would maybe get one that was focused. Simply a waste of time and money (not to mentions missed memories).

Budget lens at a good price. works well. Came in great shape and packaged well. Sometimes buying refurbished items feels like a gamble. this one went really well for me.

Really love this lens. My first zoom lens and i’m enjoying it with my sony zve10 camera !

The zoom is functional, but it's difficult to get enough light in this lens to get clear images. Even with proper lighting conditions I find that the image quality isn't very sharp, zoomed in or otherwise. An okay addition to my kit, but I don't use it often because I have other lenses that are sharper that I can just crop to function as zoom.
