I previously ordered this off the website directly but it took a lot longer to arrive. I have used this product many times in the last several years and when I feel like I need a reset or need to fast I have had amazing luck with this product. The sell and taste grew on me. I recommend to drink it shorty after you make it. A blender bottle helps to shake the ingredients when needed. It has helped keep me hydrated, curbs appetite and helps me not feel dead on fasting days.

I don’t understand the negative reviews at all. I recently gained about ten pounds after a stressful move and life transition and, now in my thirties, have had extreme difficulty getting it off without backsliding only to gain it back shortly thereafter. I used to cycle on and off keto but it just doesn’t work for me anymore, it trashes my sleep and makes me feel terrible. Now I can’t seem to stay on keto, let alone any diet, due to extreme food cravings at night. I finally was able to isolate the cause of my weight gain due to my night-time cravings and eating. I tried everything to curb my appetite including metformin and other prescription drugs, but that only made me extremely nauseous. I ordered this on a whim while browsing for other supplements and it’s been a game changer. I started drinking it first thing in the morning without experiencing a result, and my strong morning cravings for all things bread, ham, cheese, eggs and lattes stopped. I actually didn’t notice it until later in the day that the cravings that usually invade my thoughts just weren’t there anymore, and I happened to have eaten less that day. I drink this three times per day now and am able to stay in a calorie deficit without feeling like I am “missing” food. Try this before resulting to GLP meds or other drastic measures. You’ll still need to practice self-discipline but this sure takes the edge off and makes it at least 70% easier to get through the day (and especially the night time) I also notice that I seem to digest food a lot easier when drinking this and have less indigestion, sour stomach and gas. Also: the taste is an amazing true (not fake!) pineapple flavor, so not sure what the complaints remarking on taste are about. This was review was not sponsored. I just wanted to write it since this product is relatively unknown but I think could help a lot of people who struggle with cravings. There are so many other gimmicks out there that are ineffective, expensive or even dangerous. Why not give this a try? It’s cheap and effective!

If your goal is to lose weight by vomiting, this is for you! It’s got a nauseatingly artificial sweet taste. If your goal is to keep your body hydrated and “fed” without the ability to eat solids…you’re looking at the wrong product. This will cause you to lose more nutrients - unless, of course, you enjoy saccharine tasting vomit. Disclaimer: I am a huge fan of many of Enzymedica’s products, but this one is crap. UPDATE: manufacturer reached out to offer a full refund. I still don’t like this product. However, the digestive enzymes that Enzymedica makes are the only thing that makes it so I can eat things I am intolerant to (lactose, glucose, etc.). The company not only stands by their products, but doesn’t question consumers who are dissatisfied.

After noticing the weight gain on the days I drink this, I starred tracking my glucose and ketones and noticed an incredible spike in blood sugar & decreased Ketones. Even after only drinking half a serving or waiting until after 16 hours of fast. It also has pineapple (I’ve decided the culprit). My partner, a fasting advocate refused to even try it based on the fact that it had 19 calories, fiber, carbs, sugar, insisting it would immediately knock anyone out of fasting state. So, it tasted fabulous but destroyed the thing it was created to support.

I really like this product. It doesn’t really have a taste to me and it does seem to curve the appetite. The one thing about it, when you put it in a liquid it makes that liquid almost solid if you let it sit for a while. For example, I put some in a smoothie and my smoothie was really thick, but it didn’t change the taste of it. I let the smoothie sit in the frig for a few hours. I would suggest if you put it in something other than water then you should drink it shortly after you mix it don’t let it sit long. I would definitely buy this again and referred it to family members.

I tried this as soon as I got it this morning and had another serving this afternoon. I feel like it’s helpful. I didn’t feel hungry, jittery, weak/dizzy, or had a headache. Got me through the fasting timeframe I had set. Definitely going to order more and keep this in rotation.
