Ok, I have only had this wall mount fireplace for about a month. First one that arrived only half the flames worked. I sent it back for an exchange. They were quick to respond and resend. I chose not to recess into the wall, but mount it and frame around it. I think it turned out great. But I am amazed by the heat output. This unit is in my master bedroom. This room can be cold due to the fact it’s the furthest from the furnace. Room is approximately 800 square feet. Heats the entire room up! The aesthetics are awesome as well. Many colors, speeds of flame, brightness, timer, and temperature control. For the price you can’t beat it. Hope it lasts a few years. And it is decently quiet. I will have it on for an hour as I fall asleep. 👍🏻

Easy to install . Heat put out is amazing along with the many different flame controls and colors . Very pleased with over all product . Definitely will be purchasing more for other rooms in our home .

This product is not as advertised- it does NOT hook up with your Alexa or smart home app. The fireplace was also not as easy to set up with the app as it could have been- the instructions were unclear but after about 15 mins I managed to figure out set up- but spent probably another hour attempting Alexa connection with no luck. The dimensions listed in this listing were off versus the actual product- so when it took almost 2 weeks to arrive- we had already built the frame and expected the numbers to be accurate . I will say it looks decent for an electric fireplace- but we will be returning for the sole fact I wanted to integrate this with my smart home easily, versus using ANOTHER app, yet again. Totally fine product if you get accurate dimensions & are fine with app/remote/ manual use.

Awesome fireplace love the led flame features and all the colors only minor thing i didn’t care for was the unrealistic flame look and the fact that you cant change the rock led color separate from the flame color but other than that I highly recommend this product it’s a great deal for its size and also the app control feature makes using the heater so easy

Easy to install and works great! I never like the plastic wall ankers though so I did use better more secures ones. Quality for cost seems excellent to me.

Super product! We are happy runs without the heating everyday.
