Just a supplement
It is almost impossible to gauge if these supplements are doing the body any good. Cayenne is reputed to be very good for the body but I was unaware of any pros or cons so stopped taking them.

Love it!
Really pleased with the results of taking this for the last couple of months and this is my second time purchase. WEent on holiday for a week and forgot to take them and I really noticed the difference so was glad to get back and resume. I found that one a day is ample to get the results I want but I am reassured that if I feel I need to up the dose at any time this product will have no adverse effects.
