As I start to recover and build myself back up after a shoulder injury these are being used as an incremental strengthening plan/programme. They are just the right weight (for me) and are really ergonomic to use. I've certainly had more than my money's worth out of them versus paid classes at the gym since I can use these several times a day and several times a week. I'd definitely recommend. They were shipped/delivered extremely quickly too. Satisfied customer all round.
