It does deliver. However I would say it would be a bit harsh for your face for skincare but it does work. I’d really do it more for hair removal on face and it took me 1.5 months until occasional touch up.

Just past the return windows and it stopped working. The light blew while I was using it. It worked great until it didn't. A 3 month light life is not good! ***UPDATE*** I was contacted by the company and they did send a free replacement so they are a reputable and decent company. This really does work. I have no hair under my arms now (only used it a few months) and leg hair I'd down to about half of what I dealt with before. I would recommend this seller. ***UPDATE*** Now I am being harassed by email. They want me to delete the truth about what happened with the first product. I will not lie, told them that via email and told them to leave me alone and now I'm getting more emails that I will not even read. It has a manual and auto setting and auto makes it easier. I've been using this product for 5 weeks and I am amazed. POA; shave and exfoliate areas you want to treat and go straight from shower towel dry, no lotions.. and use this product. Then apply your lotions. I an very pleased with this system. It it a little time consuming when you do legs arms under arms face and the Brazilian and basically all over body. Do not laser on your tattoos. I plan on buying a few more of these for our company dirty Santa party. So thankful laser hair removal can be done at home, especially getting in those femine areas, im in the privacy of my own home. This has saved me so much money and if you use as instructed you will notice results within 2 weeks. It's truly does what it says it will do and that's eliminate hair growth, thickness and you will notice the stubble... the cooling technology built in is truly pleasurable. My IPL did not come with instructions and I have never used an home IPL. I received this as a Christmas gift therefore I’m having trouble returning it or requests replacement. I tried the QR code but I have to join a mailing VIP member and if I select to not join their mailing list for new products it does not allow me to view any online info. I also tried emailing the email the site provides and I got an email return stating it is not a valid email. I am uncomfortable using the product without knowing how to use it and verifying the skin type I am and what level to use it safely. Therefore I cannot use this at all. Waste of money. I got Laser hair removal 11 to 12 years ago and have had not hair return. I however never did my legs. I would rather go to a laser clinic than figuring out how to use this machine and possibly burning myself.

Noticed hair isn’t growing back as thick. Would give five stars but I can’t get the cooling feature to work.
