"Serum Packet Was Opened – Disappointed with Packaging"
I recently ordered the Himalaya Dark Spot Clearing Turmeric Kit. While I’ve always trusted Himalaya for its quality and natural ingredients, I was disappointed to find that the serum packet was already opened when I received the product. This raised concerns about hygiene and product safety. Apart from that, the rest of the kit seems fine. Please improve packaging and quality checks to ensure a better customer experience in the future.
