Great product! Don’t be cheap like I was for a long time before I just bought it. Really helps with deep knots that a massage chair or quick rub down from husband can’t reach or fix

very nice product but I returned it because it was too heavy for me- I am 70 yrs old and I think that played a role in it. I ordered the smaller lighter version to replace it

Just what I was looking for!

I purchased this massager with high hopes, especially given the promising initial performance. For the first three months, it was a lifesaver - offering deep and effective massages that really helped with my daily stress. It felt sturdy and well-made, and I was genuinely happy with my purchase. However, my satisfaction was short-lived. Just after three months, the massager abruptly stopped working. What was initially a dependable source of relaxation turned into a source of frustration. I reached out to the vendor for support or a possible replacement, but my attempts to contact them went unanswered. This lack of customer service only added to my disappointment. Considering the price point of $100, I expected a product that would last significantly longer and come with reliable customer support. This experience left me feeling like I wasted my money on a product that didn't stand the test of time, and a company that doesn't value its customers. Overall, I can't recommend this product due to its poor longevity and the company's unresponsive customer service. It's a shame because it started off so well, but a product - no matter how good initially - is only as reliable as the support behind it.

Seema to be working fine. At first worked first time thrn would just likengive a bump when you changed the setting. With it off i pushed the attachmrnt in and now it seems to work great everytime. Looks like it stopped with the atthment fully extended and it just needed to be pushed back since all joints are tight abd new

I read several reviews on that item before I decided to go ahead and select it. I have a friend who had a very similar massager from the same company. And I decided to get one with more attachments than what he had. Some of the reviews were not so good and a couple of times I had second thoughts on purchasing. However, I decided to go for the gusto and I purchased this one. Even though I have only had it for 2 days, I really love it. It is not that heavy the handle even being oval is not hard for me to grasp . I have had severe sciatica and was desperate for some relief. Just using it for a few minutes. Gave me the relief that I needed. I was worried that the lightweight would jump up and down, but it did not. It gave a nice vibration and it just took a few minutes to get used to. A couple of people talked about the case being really cheap and not at all sturdy. I didn't notice any dents when I pushed on it or anything. And yeah it feels like it's some kind of a cardboard case but it was strong enough. As I learn to use the other tools that comes with this massager, I will probably be updating my reviews. So far I love it. I say go buy it. There are many cheaper ones from other companies but I am not so sure that they would be as good. I have not tried them.

Definitely make sure this works when you get it!! I bought this for my husband on 3/13/25 and the first time he needed to us either was 4/19/25 and it doesn't work. Of course the window to return this product has closed!! LESSON LEARNED

I should have got something more reliable. they said it was delayed 5 days so i asked to cancel the order and ordered something else, they sent their the day after i canceled it.
