Works well! My granddaughter struggles with constipation and hates drinking anything but water. We put these in her water bottle and she drinks them no complaints! They do a great job.

I have ulcerative colitis and I’m always worried that my 9 year old daughter is exhibiting the same symptoms when I was younger. I used to have issues passing really large stools from a young age and had a plethora of issues due to that. My daughter exhibits the same and actually starts out constipated like I did. I spent a lot of time researching options for her and a lot of things I was seeing saying that they made the child sick so I was worried but physicians choice spoke to me so I purchased it and it’s amazing when she’s constipated I give her like a packet every other day for a regular schedule and it’ll make her poop three times a day but not give her like diarrhea. I’m very happy with this product. I understand every child is different but this worked for her. My daughter has a lot of issues when it comes to her stomach being upset so I’m glad I found something that I can trust. The only thing I will say is make sure to use a frother with it because no matter what I do they’re still chunks no matter how hard you shake ahead of time like in a water bottle or something so I bought a frother for this and it’s perfect. It also truly tastes like nothing, she’s picky and she approves! I’m so grateful to this product, I was growing desperate.

This probiotic is tastless and helps my son with occasional constipation. The thing I'm not a fan of is that it doesn't dissolve very well. He doesn't mind, but there are always clumps left if I stir it in a cold drink. It's better to put it in yogurt or applesauce.

My kids are picky eater and this helps me make sure they get the fiber they need. The texture can be a little clumpy if you pour it all in at once but I’ve learned if you pour it slowly while Stirring it’s way 95% less clumpy. I mix it with apple juice so the kids haven’t complained about it tasting bad.

My daughter is transitioning from baby milk to regular milk and she has been ridiculously constipated. We've tried prunes, juices, high fiber fruits and vegetables 20+ ounces of water and nothing has worked consistently. Glad to say that so far this week she has pooped 3x, usually every other day and it's been nice and soft. I gave her one package every other day so far.

I really wanted this probiotic powder to be the solution for my 3-year-old son’s chronic constipation. Unfortunately, after consistent use, we didn’t see any improvement in his symptoms. That said, there are still a few positives worth mentioning. The biggest one for us was that he would actually drink it without a fight. That alone sets this brand apart from many others we’ve tried. It mixed easily into water, juice, or even yogurt, and didn’t have a strong taste or smell. For a picky toddler, that’s a big win and might make this a good option for parents struggling with kids who refuse other powders or supplements. The product also seemed very clean and gentle—no artificial ingredients, no added sugar, and it didn’t cause any stomach upset, bloating, or gas, which has happened with other probiotics. I appreciate the thought that went into the formulation, even if it didn’t give us the results we were hoping for. To be fair, every child is different, and I understand that what doesn’t work for one may work great for another. While this wasn’t the fix we needed for constipation, I wouldn’t discourage other parents from trying it—especially if they’re looking for a tasteless, toddler-friendly probiotic. I just wish it had made more of a difference for us.

I have searched for a probiotic for my 1 1/2 year old and 4 year old. This is it. Both my kids have had issues with going to the bathroom regularly until I got this for them. I give them each one packet daily or every other day and they stay regular. It’s great.
