I bought these so I could bottle my own vanilla, they work great, the little jars come with caps as well as tiny funnels and bottle brushes. They also come with labels, but I didn’t love those so I bought different labels.

About a year ago, wifey and I got the idea of making vanilla extract to sell at our local farmers market(our state allows cottage industry vanilla extract, provided it meets standard). We bought several ounces of grade B vanilla splits, cut them down the middle, loaded them into mason jars, topped the jars with a variety of high proof liquors and set to aging it. Gotta say, turning the jars multiple times a week got a little tedious, but we stuck with it. Fast forward a year, we had to find bottles for the product. We debated 2 and 4 ounce bottles and settled on 4. The week we bought the bottles, we attended farmers market and saw three other vendors selling what they called vanilla extract(200 milliliter clear glass bottles with a single vanilla pod that had just started to give a light tan color to the vodka within). We asked about it and they said they started it a month before. Ugh. Our bottles arrived the next day. We set to work filling 76 four ounce bottles with three varieties of double strength vanilla extract. Wifey designed a label and printed off stickers for each and thought of an ingenious idea of using an egg crate to hold the bottles stable on their side to apply the labels. 10 minutes later, our bottles were done and ready for sale. These bottles are perfect for presentation and hold exactly what we decided on. The glass keeps the contents safe from light exposure and the lids are easy on. The only issue I see is the seal being shaped to seat to the inside of the neck of the bottle. That’s a little irritating, but otherwise they work well.
