This is an excellent product. The “flame effect” is relaxing and realistic, particularly in a room with a more modern style. It was exactly what we wanted for our seaside apartment, particularly when we would use it in the winter when a cosy ambience is all important. We were keen to have a log effect; when supplied, the fire was delivered with a white stone effect. That was not to our taste, but there was no problem in replacing with the log effect, and we are very pleased with this. The supplier was very receptive to what the customer wanted and expected; that is the hallmark of good service.

Easy to install with great visual display of living flame and stylish looking.

Easy to install, competitively priced and aesthetically pleasing. However note the heat is emitted from the top of the fireplace and not the bottom so ensure it kept a safe distance from your mounted TV.

Arrived on time and as advertised. One thing that could enhance the product is if the faceplate was slightly wider then you could concealed the plug behind it.

We purchased this item since we had the previous version and could not obtain any replacement bulbs. To have LED bulbs with much more lifetime will give us peace of mind. The quality and the attributes of the latest version are first class and it is not too noisy when the fans are on.
