This product never worked when I plugged in a NRR 26dB Noise Cancelling Military Airsoft Communication Headphones Tactical Headset with U94 Ptt Boom Mic for 6 Pin Motorola gp328plus ex500 Retevis rt29 rt48 nr30 Ailunce hd1 (NATO US Wired). I think i could hear audio but the ptt never worked. Bummer.

Came across this to review right at the same time I ordered and installed a new headset comms setup on my Bump Helmet. So last month I was able to borrow a PRC at my unit just to see if this cable works and plays well with my setup. Fortunately it all worked as intended. I don't know how often I'll use it since this was the first time in six years we pulled out our PRC radio's but at least I know I can use it without issue.

This accesory headset adaptor appears to be well crafted and has a built in switch for push to talk. I tested this with a popular green military headset and the plug mated well and stayed connected with a very positive retention.
