Works as Advertised for Easy Brush Cleaning
Some people who have reviewed seemed to expect that this brush or liner would cause their hair not to need a shampoo very often. That wasn't the ad I read. My expectation was that I could use one of the brush liners from the pack (changing it when I shampoo my hair about once a week as usual) and the result would be that the brush would stay cleaner, be easier to maintain as clean as new. If my hair stayed fresher-smelling, I considered that would be a plus, but I don't really want it perfumed, anyway. My expectations were actually met and exceeded! I have had the brush for a few weeks now and it really is still completely clean *without* my previous struggles to pull what looked like small bits of dryer fluff off the end of every bristle and scrub it. I am SO happy with the way it keeps the brush clean, it's embarrassing to be that excited about such a boring thing. My hair does not smell between weekly shampoos, which is great as far as I am concerned. Not sure what persimmon smells like, but just the lack of scalp oil or unclean hair smells in my hair until about the last day in the week is enough for a brush to do for me. I do not mind shampooing my hair once a week. For the record, my hair is now down past the small of my back so that's a lot of hair to go through in a week with a brush that stays easily clean until the end. I am a satisfied customer!

These are amazing!
These fit easily on my hairbrush, make removing all the hair and dried skin easy to remove from the brush, mske my hair and scalp smell great and feel amazing, and I highly recommend them. A great bonus is how frizz free and soft my hair is after using! I do wish they were just a little cheaper, but it’s a quality product for sure.

Doesn't deodorize, but makes cleaning easier
I didn't notice any deodorizing benefits of this product, but it does make cleaning the hair out of my brush easier. I bought it thinking it would help keep my hair fresher longer, but I don't find that to be the case. It's a little of a pain to put on the brush, and after I removed the first one I used, I didn't replace it.

Love these little things!
I was given the hairbrush with these liners as a gift last year. I really like the liners and was afraid I might not be able to find them when I ran out so was relieved and pleased when I saw them on Amazon. Promptly purchased them so I can stop worrying about what to do when I run out of liners. My husband and I both have long hair and some always ends up tangled in the brush after we brush our hair so these liners make it so easy and convenient to keep the hairbrush clean!

smells be gone
Been using these for over two years. They make it easier to remove hair from the brush. I feel that they also freshen my hair when brushing between washings. Not like dry shampoo, so don't expect miracles. But, my hair doesn't have any odors and it doesn't seem like the product build up and oils are as noticeable. LOVE the other Mirai hair/body products for odors as well.

Not worth it
I was excited about this product mainly for the fact that it's supposed to absorb oils from the hair. My hair is pretty oily so I wanted to give it a try. So far it looks like the liners do keep my hair a bit cleaner longer. However, I put it on 3 different brushes and found that they fit best in simple brushes with just prongs. For my combination prong/boar bristle the liners can't pass the bristle part so they sit on it. For my Mason Pearson brush it was impossible to make the liner go all the way through. Unless I sit there for an hour pushing down through all the bristles. So. Not my favorite. More hassle than necessary. I'll finish the box but won't buy again.

Keeps hair fresh smelling
Old people smell is real and it can be very strong on scalp and hair. These sheets lay easily across my hairbrush that has a combination of boar bristles and synthetic bristles. I just push them in a little and my brush still reaches my scalp for a great brushing. And now I know the sheet is keeping my brush clean and my hair from developing old people smells. Love them.

Product design is fatally flawed
The product name is long: "Mirai Clinical Hair Brush Liner 30 Sheets - Hair Brush Cleaning Paper - Hair Brush Cleaner - Comb Cleaning Net - Portable Pet Hair Remover Tools - Helps to Remove Hair Odor and Nonenal Odor for Women" I guess it keeps the brush clean, but that's all it does, unfortunately--makes it a little easier to remove the hair. Mirai's products are advertised to prevent/inhibit/remove "old people smell." These "cloths" supposedly contain persimmon, but they never touch the area where the smell originates, i.e., the scalp. The design doesn't work that way. Brushing pushes the cloth to the base of the bristles, and the base never, ever touches the scalp. It's just ridiculous to think that contact with the hair alone will solve an odor problem that originates at the scalp. I do not know why anyone would spend nearly $15 to keep a brush clean for a month or so. You can buy a new brush for the money you're spending if actually cleaning the brush is too much trouble. If your brush costs much more than this, it's not going to work with these cloths, because expensive brushes are boar's hair, and you'll never get all those bristles through the cloth. The marketing of this product is astounding, and I can't believe I fell for it. I'll never buy this product or any other Mirai product again, because I do not trust their marketing department not to fool me again. So if you don't want to clean your brush or your dog's or cat's brush, spend your money. But I would hazard a guess that a piece of cheesecloth cut to size would perform the cleaning function for a lot less money. (And cheesecloth would probably work to protect your expensive boar bristle brush too.)
