Description

  • SIMPLE & EASY: Setting up tubeless can be a pain, but it doesn't have to be. This tubeless syringe injector takes the headache out of tubeless installation with a simple and effective design.
  • INNOVATIVE DESIGN: Traditional tubeless sealant injectors go over the valve which causes sealant to gunk up the valve and not allow air into the tire. Our design allows for the syringe to go all of the way to the tire without clogging up the valve.
  • VALVE CORE REMOVAL TOOL INCLUDED: Easily remove your Presta valve core with the included valve core removal tool!
  • VERSATILE SEALANT COMPATIBILITY – Our industrial-grade tire sealant injector work with standard sealants like Stans No Tube, Orange Sealant, Slime, Finish Line, and a variety of other sealants.
  • 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED. We know that you have a lot of options here, and we want you to be as thrilled about our products as we are. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee! Just contact us and we will send you a full refund or a replacement product – the choice is yours!

This Is The Easiest Way To Add Sealant To A Tire

This is the easiest way to add sealant to a tire is to remove the valve core and inject sealant into the tire via syringe. How It Works:1. Using the syringe, affix the long tube to the syringe, and fill with your tire sealant.2. Remove valve core using the provided valve core tool; I personally used my Park valve tool, it’s larger than the one that is provided and is easier to handle because it provides more leverage.3. Insert syringe tube through the valve, and inject tire sealant.4. Replace valve core.5. Add air pressure.6. Swish tire so sealant thoroughly spreads inside the tire.7. Go riding.TUBELESS TIRE TIPS:1. Affix tire to rim. Sometimes tires can be a pain to install. You can lube the tire with soapy water (using dish soap and water mixture) to help the beads set easier.2. Without any tire sealant, inflate tire until you hear beads set; you will hear a piping noise when a beads set. One tire has two beads, so you should hear two pops. The reason you initially inflate the tire without sealant is because if your tire pops off the rim, you will not have a mess of tire sealant everywhere.3. Once the beads are set, deflate tire and fill with tire sealant as I explained above. The easiest way to add sealant is to remove the valve and use the syringe to inject the sealant into the tire.4. After tire sealant is added, add air pressure to the tire.5. Next, you need to get the tire sealant spread around the inside of the tire to ensure the sealant will do its job. Swish tire so sealant thoroughly spreads inside the tire. Basically, you should perform a multitude of movements like wobbling the tire from side to side (all sides), rotating the tire ect... Essentially, you want to get the tire sealant to cover all the areas inside the tire.Last. this cleans up easily.

A very nice sealant injector.

I have been using Stan's injectors for a couple of years. I've been fairly satisfied with them. This one is better, although I had NO IDEA what the little red thing was (I didn't find any instructions inside). But then I read the description on Amazon... Well, it's a valve core remover. Honestly, the Amazon description does say what it is, but the box doesn't. It's very nice valve core remover and looks to be machined aluminum. It's really nice that it screws onto a valve (like a valve cap.) Then, when you need it, you turn it sideways and use the notch in the side (see picture).Unlike other injectors, this one has a plastic 'needle' looking thing that slides all the way through the valve stem (with core removed) so it is much cleaner to use than the Stan's injector. Conclusion: This is a product that genuinely deserves 5 stars. Highly recommended

Makes Maintaining Tubeless Cleaner & Easier

The KOM Cycling Tubeless Sealant Injector Syringe is a great piece of kit for bike maintenance. If you you run a tubeless setup on your bike, this sealant injector will make the setup & maintenance easier & cleaner. The syringe holds 2oz (60mL) of sealant & has 2x 4.25in (110mm) sections of tube (3mm outside diameter) & a valve attachment for a total tube length of 10in (250mm) if you connect all. This is important if you are filling from a larger bottle of sealant & the fluid level is low. The tube fits both schrader & presta valves, just remember to remove the valve core. The set I purchased came w/the red anodized aluminum valve core tool. If you want this tool, be sure to choose it in the option when purchasing. The other option is a small plastic valve core tool. This plastic tool work just as well, I have one that I keep on my MTB, just in case. If you lose or misplace things easily, definitely pay the extra for the aluminum tool. The plastic tool is tiny, only a couple cm long. The aluminum tool is more than twice as long & the red anodizing makes it much more visible. This syringe is not a “must have” tool to go tubeless, but it sure makes it easier & less messy. I like that the tube goes through the entire valve stem into the tire, minimizing the amount of sealant inside the stem. This should help save on valve cores getting gummed up w/sealant. I’ve been using the syringe w/Stan’s NoTube sealant & it works flawlessly. After each use, I clean the syringe. I get a cup of warm soapy water, suck it up into the syringe & eject out 2-3 times. I then do it again w/fresh water for a rinse. This gets all the sealant out of the syringe & tube. I’ve been nothing but pleased w/the KOM sealant injector.Thank you for taking the time to read my review, I hope you found it helpful.

Deceptive advertising!!!

I feel like this is false advertising. I didn't mind paying the extra price for the cheap syringe, ASSUMING I was also getting a high-quality metal Stans core remover tool (as pictured in the listing by the manufacturer as well as posted by other reviewers). Instead, I got a cheap piece of plastic remover tool that is garbage. Seems like a deceptive business practice to me. This unit is really not even worth a Lincoln, let alone nearly triple the price I paid for it. They probably figure that, like me, many buyers will feel it isn't worth the trouble of sending it back. Shame on the seller! I would never do business with them again.

Hose too narrow for sealant to pass through.

This injector is completely useless. It doesn’t work with Orange Seal or Panaracer SmartSeal. The particles that are supposed to clog a puncture also completely clog this hose and nothing can get through. Additionally, the hose is too narrow to actually go all the way into my valve stems so it goes in part way and then spews sealant all over the wheel when a little bit manages to get through before it clogs.I attached a photo where you can see all the particles from Panaracer SmartSeal that wouldn’t pass through. Nothing would move through with the hose attached, I was able to squeeze just the liquid sealant through after removing the hoses. Same thing with Orange Seal’s “glitter” particles.I bought it to replace the Stan’s injector that also makes a huge mess every time I use it, however this is actually worse. I don’t know, maybe it will work with Stan’s sealant or some brand but it doesn’t work with what I use.

Hassle free and mess free.

I used this with 'Muc-Off No Puncture Hassle Tubeless Tyre Sealant' which I understand is thicker than most with visible bits in (got a great review coming top in recent top10 test) and I was pleased I had no blockages when using the syringe (I didn't use the on/off tap just in case it got blocked and it works fine without). Easily fitted through presta valve after removal of core with supplied tool and avoided potential increased mess of over-valve tube provided with the sealant. All sorted in a few minutes and the washed out syringe and tube with water for future use. Hassle and mess free.

Must-Have Tubeless Accessory

I didn’t expect a huge amount from a syringe and a couple of pipes, but this is a really well thought-out bit of kit. This is better than pouring sealant into a tyre off the rim. It’s better than attaching some rubber tubing over the outside of your valve. As an added bonus to getting the sealant into your tyre without making a mess, it allows you to recover sealant via the valve to save the mess on changing tyres. The bonus of the aluminium valve tool (compared to cheap plastic ones I’ve had) is nice.

Good quality item, useful having the fluid markings on the syringe

I wanted to seat the tyre before adding sealant. The valve removal tool worked well for the shrader valve. Markings on the syringe to to accurately measure the sealant. Very happy with the item, made the tube less set up easy.

Cheap plastic

All made of cheap plastic, I don't think it will withstand many uses.

Super Easy

Super easy to add and remove sealant without needing to unseat the tyre.

Doesn't fit through valve

Great idea but doesn't work. The tubing fits down inside the valve with the core removed but is too thick to get past the rubber base of the valve and in to the rim. This makes it actually more difficult to add sealant to the tyre than using a hose that fits over the valve.

Simple to use.

Enough connection combinations. Feels like it could break if used roughly, jut ok

Tubeless necessary

Have no complaints so useful I got two

Must have for tubeless wheels

Makes the process of topping up tubeless wheels much easier as you can fill them up directly through the valve

Reduces the mess

Works well, and is definitely makes going tubeless easier than having to pour sealant direct into tyre.

Didn't come with the Valve Core Removal Tool

Product looks fine but unfortunately I can't use it as it never came with the valve core removal tool that it said it would. Very disappointing

C**.

Useful tool

Works well to get past valve but beware blockages as the tube is very fine and a couple of times the sealant particles blocked it would still recommend makes objecting sealant much easier
