I am very pleased to have purchased this therapy lamp. The description was spot on and works for my needs. It’s has a simple design and sleek style that fits in my home decor without being an eye sore. Love the brightness level and it’s very bright on the highest level. The built in nightlight is a plus and not too bright to disturb your mid-sleep wakeup to use the bathroom at night. The cost is just right for what you get and the features it provides. Very sturdy with a flexible neck. Planning to purchase another therapy lamp for the bedroom.

I also can use it as a Zoom light by using a light diffuser sock.

I have overhead lights above my desk, but it’s not a task light. This desk lamp with remote (requires 2 AA batteries, not included) is amazing with so many different options. It required a little bit of assembly, but it was very easy as it’s intuitive which parts fit into which. I have it clamped onto the edge of my desk, and It does need to be plugged in to work. It has light therapy that acts as a sun lamp. I live in a pretty sunny climate as it is. So, that aspect isn’t as noticeable to me, but as a desk lamp with lots of options it is great! The lamp is physically adjustable with a very flexible neck, and aesthetically, it is very modern and simplistic. For therapy, there are warm, cool, and mixed light settings. On the neck of the lamp are 5 buttons. I use the remote because it’s much easier to access than the lamp itself. The same options are on the remote as well. There are buttons for timers (60 seconds & 10 mins), color (warm, cool, and natural), dimming, and many various options.

I have this clipped on to my desk in front of me as I write this! I love using this lamp in the mornings when I work from home and have to start my day at my desk. The clip has been really great and secure! I haven't had to adjust it or tighten is since the first time it was put on my desk. I love the different shades of light it can provide and you can select from. The 'touch-sensitive' buttons on the stalk of the lamp is a really sleek feature, in my opinion, as well. I'd recommend for sure! My Star Rating Rubric: 5 ⭐️ - Perfect! Love it! Product exceeded my expectations. 4 ⭐️ - Great! Like it. Nothing wrong with it - met my expectations. 3 ⭐️ - Okay-ish. Not quite what I expected/hoped it to be. Some issues with product. 2 ⭐️ - Not ok. A product I will not re-order or recommend to others. Major deficits. 1 ⭐️ - “Is this a joke?” Product dysfunctional. I will not be using/will be returning product.

Has helped with the “winter blues” this year. It dims occasionally, which is why I only have four stars; otherwise it has been a nice addition in my office.

Now I'm not really deep into light therapy, but I do know that it is very beneficial on multiple different levels, and this right here allows you to have some of those benefits, even being that it is remote control and touch control makes it that much more efficient. The gooseneck that it has allows it to be incredibly adjustable, even if you want to hang it from your headboard, or of course, from your desk or nightstand as well. It does save a lot of space, and it is the perfect light, especially if you need something at night that is not full of blue light, making it that much better to fall asleep at night if you do have those types of difficulties. It is such a simple design, but super effective, which I absolutely love, the size capacity was very surprising, I thought it was going to be much smaller than it's actually larger but just the right size and the coverage that it does is phenomenal and it's really good to use as a night light as well not to mention the versatility of it was pretty phenomenal in my opinion 🤗. Has this lamp cured everything that ails me?? Def not, I don't think anything could, lol, but it's def helping! I set it up on my desk and so far it's been lovely. I love that it clamps to the edge of a surface, I didn't have to clear a spot on the surface of my desk for it. I've been using the warm mode, and it's such a nice soothing light, I hate the really harsh blue/white LED lights. But it has 5 other color temperature options, and then within those 5 options you can adjust the brightness, so a lot of light options for whatever you prefer. I feel like it also helps perk me up in the morning too, that extra VItamin D seems to be helping! The remote is very convenient as well. So far I'm very pleased with this light!
