My most useful sleeping aid
I bought my first Perytong sleep headband a year ago in the US. I left it in a hotel and was heartbroken, but later, I was so happy to find it on Amazon India. It's my most useful sleep aid. I use it every night to listen to a podcast or music; this is the only thing that gets me to sleep. The earbuds are flat and allow me to lie on my side. The headband charges quickly. I haven't washed it yet, but I think it would be fairly simple to take out the equipment before washing it.
