Great air fryer — the glass basket completely won me over
I was a bit skeptical at first because I had never used an air fryer with a glass basket before, but after using this Nutrichef air fryer, I’m honestly impressed. It heats up quickly, cooks food evenly, and gives everything a crispy texture without needing much oil. I’ve used it for fries, chicken, veggies, and reheating leftovers, and everything comes out delicious. The glass basket ended up being my favorite feature. It feels safer and more hygienic than traditional non-glass baskets, and I really like being able to see the food as it cooks without opening the fryer. It gives me peace of mind knowing the food isn’t in direct contact with coated surfaces. The controls are simple and easy to use, cleanup is straightforward, and it doesn’t take up too much counter space. Overall, this air fryer exceeded my expectations and feels like a higher-quality option compared to others I’ve tried. I would definitely recommend it.

First Impressions Are Great
I ordered this as used “acceptable” and I was wondering what I would find inside. So I was pleasantly surprised to find this air fryer in pristine condition… pretty much as new with no signs of use. The stainless steel tray was a bit warped but it was easy to bend back to its original condition. I tried the french fries preset first… it made perfect fries. I also made onion rings using the same preset and they came out perfect. The glass container, at 5.4 L is quick thick and quite heavy, but that is not a negative at all. An included silicon mat for resting the hot glass is a great idea. The cook time may be slightly longer but perfectly acceptable. The heat level for the fries was 365f for 24 mins. This brought out lots of flavor and a perfect cook. This is much easier to use than expected. Just plug in, power in, select a preset and press the power button one more time. This is pretty quiet, no noticeable smell and the foot print is not that big which is a great plus. I really am impressed! It’s perfect in size, nice quality and cooks really well. If I need to add more I will once I have used this a few more times. A great air fryer….

Good for two
Awesome little unit that heats food faster and more consistently than my old oven. It's a good size for two people, and it's a very compact/stylish addiction to my countertop. The presets seem to work well, and can be adjusted based on your preference. It's allowed me to make tastier side dishes and main courses. The glass isn't too heavy, and it allows you to watch when you are cooking something new. It is also very easy to clean by hand. I toss the grate in the dishwasher. I think the only con is I haven't figured out how to effectively defrost with it, but I didn't get it to defrost things so that's fine by me.

Maybe not the best first air fryer, but solid enough
I purchased this brand and model based on the reviews, recommending a glass cooking container rather than coated metal ones. For that reason alone, I give this a higher rating. It is super easy to clean, I like that I can watch the food cooking, and it feels healthier. But dag nab it - the User Guide is horrible! As is the website! No specific information at ALL about the auto cook buttons. In fact there's one button I have no idea what it's for. I can't tell when it reaches the set temperature, and they describe the warning sounds that it's going to turn of as, "drop, drop, drop." What the heck does that even mean? The website is even worse than the User Guide - no easy way to navigate, and much of the same information is missing as is missing from the User Guide. The recipes are confusing and definitely not written for a human to follow accurately. I think the quality of the product is there, but man - I am extremely disappointed with all the other aspects. I've had it a week and we've tried out 3 different recipes so far - our first ever air fryer so I have nothing to compare it to, but it does feel solid, seems to work as described, but is just a bit frustrating to use and learn about.

Great Air Fryer without the Concern of Forever Chemicals
We were looking for an air fryer that didn't include Teflon or other "forever chemicals." This air fryer fits the bill so far. First off, it is extremely quiet, so much so that I have to check and make sure it is on. Our old air fryer sounded like a loud fan. Cook time is a little longer than the metal, Teflon coated version we had previously, but not by much. Easy to use and clean and cooks well. Definite peace of mind using a glass fry bowl versus the easily chipped coating of our prior unit.

This is my first air-fryer, but I am very impressed with this model. I've been using it almost every day since I got it two weeks ago. Like other reviewers have said, it is very easy to clean. The glass bowl, after letting it cool for 10 minutes, can be filled with some soapy water and left to soak for a half hour, and then everything comes clean with a quick swipe with a scrub sponge. The metal bottom grate can also be left to soak, and then it takes a few minutes with an old toothbrush under running water to get anything remaining. It is nice to start the next meal with a completely spotless appliance inside and out, and this design makes it easy. The bowl is a good size, thick and bit heavy. It does have a decent handle that doesn't get too hot. If you are old, or have young ones that might want to use this, it may be a factor. You wouldn't want to lose control of it when it's hot. It can nicely fit two chicken breasts and maybe a couple potatoes sliced into wedges (coat them with some oil first). You could maybe fit a small whole chicken in there, I haven't tried yet, but it would be a little bit close to the top and I'm not sure if air would circulate enough. This is great for two people. It is good that there is no Teflon in this unit. The bottom grate is stainless steel with no coating of any kind, and it seems very durable. The top fan and heating element is protected by another stainless steel grate, but it doesn't seem to get dirty or anything. The touch controls work great. There is a top row of presets, but I just manually set the temperature and time using the bottom row. It is relatively intuitive, I didn't read the manual. The cooking performance is very good. The max temperature is 390 degrees Fahrenheit. It heats up relatively fast, but if you have too much food or it's frozen, it might take a little longer. The fan is quiet but does seem to achieve adequate airflow, as long as you don't jam too much stuff into the bowl. It does a great job on chicken parts, sliced potato wedges, carrot slices, baked potatoes, and dessert buns. I did a lot of research into the other options before ordering this one. There are other glass bowl air fryers, but there are key differences you should keep in mind when deciding. On competing glass bowl fryers, notice that you have to lift off the top unit and place it somewhere while you see what's going on in the bowl or take your food out. With this unit, you are removing the bowl from the cooking unit, and placing it on an included silicone mat to protect your countertop from the heat. I think this is the better option. This is a nice heavy duty unit, and better that it stays in place and not have to be moved and risk the electrical cord getting onto other food or whatever is around. One of the competing units has in a review that moving the top unit while it is hot tends to lead to breakdowns. The only minor problem is that the switch that detects the bowl's presence, which is at the bottom center of the unit, can be a little tricky. You have to make sure you have the bowl nice and centered, so that the top seal is where it needs to be. I was tempted to buy one of those oven-style air fryers that have doors and racks. I am glad I didn't. This one seems like it should be more reliable in the long term because there's no hinges or other moving parts to break. And the inside of one of those little ovens can be cleaned, but not as completely as this simple glass bowl.

Made excellent salmon on day 1. Easy peasy. Love the glass bowl. Solid product. Easy to clean. Great visibility. Looks good too and fits easily on counter under cabinets. Looks great in white. What would be ideal? 1. If unit was larger (we like to prep large amounts for the week) and 2. If there was a second rack to stack food.

Honestly great air fryer. It cooks more low & slow than my last one, an insta vortex, but I prefer it a lot. It gets the food crispy and perfect but it doesn’t shoot grease to the top of the air fryer and destroy it like the insta. I’ve used it several times, and with bacon, and the ceiling is still mint. 100% would buy again and with the glass bowl it’s legendary. The 5.8 quarts, - it’s not massive, but could still cook for a family depending what you have in there. For 1 or 2 people it’s totally ideal.

I’m extremely happy with this air fryer. The main reason I chose it was the glass cooking chamber — no coatings, no questionable materials, and no concerns about anything releasing under high heat. That alone gives me a lot more peace of mind. It’s also much easier to clean compared to my previous air fryer. The glass bowl wipes down quickly, and there are no hard-to-reach corners. Performance-wise, it works like a charm. The cooking is even, fast, and the results are consistently good. Another huge plus is the noise level. This model is noticeably quieter than my last one, which makes a big difference when cooking early in the morning or late at night. I’ve already recommended it to three friends because I’m genuinely impressed with how well it works. Overall, I’m highly satisfied with this purchase. Thank you to the seller and the manufacturer for a great product.

Wanted a new air fryer that had no Teflon coating. this does the trick. Compared to our last one it looses a bit as it is a little bit of a pain to choose your own time and temp each time. Also misses the mark on not going as hot as our previous unit. Happy with the purchase either way
