The toy was everything I was hoping and more. I was thoroughly pleased with this whole transaction.

The figure is pretty nice, the joints are a little tight and loose in some areas but overall it’s great.

Not really knowing what to expect, we ordered this figure based on aesthetic alone. In person this is closer to 3.5" - 4" figure scale. But the articulation is where I was completely floored and surprised. I didn't know joytoy did this level of articulation on such a small figure! Neck is a ball joint, slightly on the loose end and the helmet bumps up on the kibble of the exoskeleton. The exoskeleton is all ball jointed as well with tight tolerances at first but frees up more the more it is posed. Shoulders are hinged ball joints. Hinged elbow with swivel. Wrists are hinged swivel. Double hinged knees. Small amount of ab crunch that is really mostly just hampered by the exoskeleton which is pliable enough that if you wanted could be removed. Ankles are hinged swivel which allow for a good ankle rocker. Toes are even hinged! Most colors on here appear to be colored plastics so minimal paint with some washes applied to certain areas to give more depth in the wrinkled and bunched up areas of the soldiers attire. Accessories include a pair of hands to swap grip from right handed to left handed for the rifle. And on more hand that can be used in a variety of poses for different more stoic posing options as well. There was even a small base plate for the foot to help for stability while posing on a shelf! The tolerances for the joints are mostly tight and loose enough where you do not risk breaking the figure while trying to pose. Head could have been slightly tighter at the head/neck joint. A little more paint could have also made this trooper REALLY pop like on the rifle for instance. The peg for the baseplate fits loosely in the holes under the feet and don't seat flush as the peg on the one sent to me is a bit too long or the holes in the feet needed to be drilled a little deeper. These are very small nitpicks that can easily be resolved with a tiny bit of plastic shaving with a hobby knife and tighten a few joints with some future floor polish for tightening some joints. The figure is super cool, the aesthetic really gives me grim dark vibes. For the price, with all the articulation, fit and finish, attention to detail and thought placed into this figure, the price becomes more acceptable. The plastic feels robust and durable, does not feel cheap for a figure this size. Overall, super thrilled to add this trooper to our collection!

This action figure is awesome! The craftsmanship is high quality and the detail on the soldier is impressive! On every inch of this toy is some remarkable paint work / detail which helps the soldier seem more realistic. I love how many moving parts there are. This action figure is completely posable and has the ability to stand up right and in different positions. I wish the soldier was taller though. He's roughly 4 inches tall, which works well on a shelf however I would keep his size in mind if you were planning on buying this as a toy / gift for a kiddo. All considered, this would make a great gift to kids as well as collectors and it's worth the price
