I would advise against this product
My retainer broke, and I had hoped this product would provide a solution. Unfortunately, the instructions that were sent were extremely ambiguous AND were for the Upper tray not the Lower one (which I'd purchased). My brother who is an engineer read the instructions and tried to assist me, but after three tries, it failed each time. I would advise against such an expensive and inefficient (Flintstone-ian) product.

Great Customer Service
It took me two tries to get a useable tray for my lower teeth retainer. After I emailed the pictures for my mold, I called the company to confirm the mold was okay and I could mail it immediately (I wasn’t 100% sure if it came out good enough to make the retainer). Let me tell you how wonderful the customer service rep was…she was friendly and helpful. The email communication throughout the entire process is great too. I just received the retainer today, and it fits like a glove and the quality seems about the same as the $500 retainer from the orthodontist. I will use this company again when it’s time for a new retainer.
