What a hilarious product. It did come broken but we don’t mind. The chip wasn’t stale. The spice was intense even for someone who likes it spicy. It made a wonderful Xmas gift. It comes with a glove also which make it worth it and very well packaged. Heat was a 9.5 out of 10. The value for the money would be better if it was ten each so hopefully they can work on that part. It’s still worth it

This is my 3rd time doing the 1 chip challenge and it still is very hot as I imagined.

Very hot. Not as hot as the paqui one chip challenge, but still very hot. The reason I gave it a 4 star rating was it was also very stale.

If you are not professionally trained in spice, DO NOT EAT THIS CHIP. i tried the tiny corner of the chip and my mouth immediately felt burning. the spice is a 10 but the taste and aftermath is baaad. first, the taste is absolutely horrible. the taste lingered in my moth for 2 hours after trying a tiny corner and it is so bad. second, my stomach hurt for about 10 minutes REALLY BAD. this chip is ok i guess, but personally, the effects are the worst thing. BUT I DO NOT MEAN TO BRING HATE TO THE PRODUCT

My chip arrived in a crushed box. Terrible packaging for such an expensive chip. Should have encased it in a air pocket or a sturdier box. The chip was in about 20 pieces not great flavor. Was hot but I have had hotter. Would not recommend.

For Christmas, I had the guys in my family play the Christmas pan game. 15 cool prizes, 8 gag gifts, ONE punishment. The spicy chip was 1/3 punishments that the “winner” could choose from, including shaving one eyebrow or getting sprayed in the face with a stench of doom fart spray. The “winner” happened to be one of my brother in laws. Not surprisingly, he picked the spicy chip. In act of bravery and unity, my husband and his brother joined in. The chip was broken into 3 pieces & consumed at the count of 3. Everything seemed fine at first and I figured the chip maybe wasn’t as spicy as I was lead to believe. …Then it happened. The spice went into full effect. Milk was demanded. The tears started falling. Unsurprisingly, my husband — a lover of all things spicy — was the least affected & required no milk or TUMS. My brother in laws but particularly the one who had “won” the punishment was at the mercy of the deviled spice. He’s a big guy too, about 6 ft, and very masculine. It was funny to see him repeatedly going to the restroom, swishing milk in his mouth, and walking around in desperation, while his wife asked, “do you need to go to the hospital?” In the end both my brother in laws survived. But I’m sure they learned a valuable lesson — RESPECT THE SPICE!
