I recently had to clean out the drain pipe to our kitchen sink and I used a smaller sewer jetter and it worked great. I got this to clean out the rest of our main drain pipes. This wouldn't have worked on my kitchen sink because it is too large to get around the bends in the smaller pipe but it will work great on the mains where I have direct access through large cleanouts. You will need a large gas powered pressure washer for this for enough pressure and flow to work properly. The spinning sharp point will let it drill through any clogs and even roots.

If nothing else, this is one heavy chunk of metal. It threads onto a 3/8 NPT pressure washer hose, and is designed to be self propelled. I have a project that requires cleaning out sewer pipes this weekend, so I will take before and after pictures with a Industrial Inspection Camera and post them here.
