My toddler loved this. The only con is that it’s very loud and there is no volume control.

A very sturdy, fun dog toy that has all the features you would want in a fake dog. It doesn't tip over when walking and walks on hardwood and carpet. Only downfall, there's no volume control and it does get a bit loud. If it was just dog sounds and the one that repeats what you say, it'd be ok, but it also plays these very loud grammatically incorrect songs. My spouse and I have now made a game out of figuring out what the lyrics are saying. So far we've got, "apple round" and "memory is important." If someone else could help decipher these lyrics so we can jam along, it'd be appreciated.

this is way way too noisy and loud for little children's ears. This could damage hearing Past time to return and gave as a gift.
