These tests seem to be quite accurate and are very simple / easy to use. The testing strips are a standard size so you do not have to remove much water from a fish tank. It seems to be functional in testing for all of the critical elements they non-professional would need to test. The test results appear quite quickly, the bottle mentions a few seconds, but I recommend over 20 seconds. Finally, the bottle is quite durable so I do not expect them to spill out. Overall. Quite a great value for money, especially when compared with purchasing testing products at a pet supply store. PetSmart offers competing test strips, but one for each different criteria. This product is $15 for 150 strips compared to $15 for $30 for each of the three tests it performs at PetSmart.

Works perfectly for my planted 60 gallon aquarium in the city!!! I use this to check the chlorine content after I treat the water and it has not failed me!!! Now I don't have another device to test to see if it 100% accurate but with this, I can at least say that there is not enough chlorine in the treated water to kill my fish!! So it works perfectly for my needs!!

For the price these are hard to beat much faster and easier to use than a liquid test. The amount of test strips for the price much cheaper than in the store. Easy enough to use and read to quickly check your water quality. Ammonia ph and hardness were spot on to my liquid test. Nitrate was a little off so not quite as accurate as liquid test. I would still recommend a liquid test kit but these are ok for quick checks.

Love these test strips for my aquarium. They are very easy to use and easy to read. The results are accurate and a much better price than my local pet store. It is also great that they test for ammonia levels as well which is very important to know if you keep fish.

These test strips give false results and kept killing all of my fish, shrimp, and snails! I used them for months, with them telling me everything in my water was at good levels. I tried so many things trying to figure out why my animals in the tank kept dying. Well, turns out these test strips were giving completely incorrect results for the quality of my tank water! So I had no idea that several values needed to be adjusted for my animals. After I started to suspect that the test strips might not be accurate, I decided to experiment a bit. Two examples of very clearly incorrect results I got from these experiments: The strips said there was no chlorine in my unfiltered tap water when I know there is. Then it also did not detect any chlorine in a cup of bleach water. In a cup of dirty crystal cat litter mixed into water, the strips said there was no ammonia. Then in a cup of literal cleaning ammonia, again the strips said there was no ammonia. I tried several test strips for these experiments and none found any chlorine or ammonia. None of the strips were able to detect any chlorine or ammonia whatsoever in any sample tested. Other factors tested were also inaccurate and different strips showed varying results for the same test samples. After months I finally have an answer for why my animals kept dying; these strips telling me my water parameters were great when in reality there were several adjustments that needed to be made. If I had used better test strips, I could have fixed the problems sooner and not lost so many fish. Of course, because I assumed the strips were working for so long, by the time I realized they were bad test strips it was too late to return them. But I hope this helps someone else.

Ph always comes out pink and my ph is a 7.6… tested my water for a week straight always pink. All the others test came out good.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Ich teste mit den Streifen mein Aquarium Wasser, bei Auffälligkeiten prüfe ich dann mit Tropfentests nochmal nach. Sie riechen etwas streng... Aber wenn man nicht direkt die Nase dran hält geht's. Die Dose verschließt gut, sodass die Teststreifen auch im Technikbecken nicht feucht werden. Geht einfach und schnell und die Ergebnisse passen.
