10 prn aya hain par 2 toota , 3 ka refills nehi hain or 5 achha aya but this are original i want replace this.

The first pen I took from the packet was working not smoothly. I thought it is new that’s why it is so…. But it continued like that. Some pens are not working at all. Could not return it because time lapsed.
