I have Chrohns disease, so I am constantly looking for ways to improve my digestive health. Belli Welli has had been a game changer. I have a minimum of a one serving a day with some days 2-3. It really is delicious and a great way to increase my fiber without all the bloating like other fiber supplements. I always have a variety of flavors in my cabinets so I never run out. I did tell my GI doctor about it and he encouraged me to continue. He has even recommended it to other patients based on my feedback. Give it a try!

I have found that taking pills are not for me, so gave this a shot and have devised a great way to get many benefits from many supplements at my age (58) I take 6-7 oz pulp free orange juice, I put this in the orange juice, all my liquid supplements and powders into the orange juice and blend it well. Blends great in orange juice and give the oj and fun flavor. It has been working for me and I truly enjoy this product and was able to stop all others as this has pre/pro etc. I am for sure going to keep this into my mix. I just am so hopeful they don't discontinue the flavor I like, so many companies have done that opting for "sour" flavors. It dissolved well in my oj, the price is on point, you do get value from the size it is not a lot of air. Not an overpowerful flavor. I noticed a slight increase in energy but I also take a pre work out drink.

BelliWelli is delicious, hydrating, beautiful looking, and the best part is-it truly works! I’ve never had a de-bloating drink work as well as BelliWelli. I truly look forward to my morning BelliWelli each day and I love how it makes me feel. It not only has fiber, but also has electrolytes, collagen, and probiotics. It makes me feel so good-I even had my husband try it and he LOVES it! The tropical breeze flavor is so good and refreshing as well.

This supplement is easy on the stomach and doesn’t cause bloating like some other fiber options. The flavor is mild, pretty good and it mixes well into water for the most part. Having something you could shake it in with ice or a blender bottle is bet! After using it consistently for a month, Im not sure I notice much overall but Ill give it a little longer.

I used to buy Bloom, till my daughter told me about Bellie Wellie. I'm so glad I switched. We buy the Tropical Breeze flavor and I just pour a scoop full in my water, use the frother to blend it and it's so delicious. I don't get the gritty taste like you do with other fiber powders. My opinion for $20, I would like the container to be a bit more bigger, so it'll last longer. Especially with two people using it daily. I've always had issues with my bowels, and this might be TMI, but within 10 mins of drinking it, I need to use the restroom. This is a great product.

Purchased the tropical breeze and the strawberry lemonade daily fiber probiotic powder. As someone who is diabetic and taking a semiglutide shot, I wanted something to help with my gut health. Have been drinking a glass each morning (helps me get that 1st glass of water down first thing in the morning). The powder dissolves very nicely in water. Using a handheld geothermal mixes it very nicely and I don’t have any residue left in my glass when I am done. The taste is a nice fruity flavor without the bad after taste. Some of these powders can also be very salty, Belliwelli does NOT have that overwhelming saltiness. After drinking for the past few days, this has helped things move along in the system very nicely! This will be a morning staple in my house.

Don’t see a real difference. Product is expensive and doesn’t last long.

I think stress was getting to me. My stomach was achy and bloated all the time. I figured what do I have to lose? After about a week of using this a couple of times a day, that ache and bloated feeling is gone. This powder mixes easily with water (I use a shaker bottle) and tastes great. Drinking more water is an added benefit. I like the tropical flavor a lot. This will be a regular part of my daily routine. Update: I still love the tropical and strawberry lemonade. I thought the yuzu mandarin would just as yummy. I was wrong. To me, it tasted nothing like citrus, and more like turmeric water with cayenne pepper. Weird!
