Excellent excellent excellent product!!!
I was extremely skeptical about ANY diet... I have never been able to lose weight no matter what diet I followed - I am a foodie and I can only eat food that tastes good. This things taste like cardboard by itself. But when you put toppings, such as hummus, guac, or cream cheese with lox, chicken breast, beef, lamb or egg, it tastes amazing! The idea of this is to reduce your carb intake. By using it to replace regular bread, rice or noodle, I reduce my calories intake by at least 2 to 300 a day (at least!). It has contains very high FIBER, which is the key to weight loss according to Tanya's F-Factor (F stands for fiber). My husband is only eating it with me for dinner and he has lost weight, and so as my daughter. I suggest who would like to use this for weight loss - read Tanya's book first so you know how to utilize this cracker. This is truly a god sent! This is the only diet which works for my in my entire life - I am never hungry, I am always full, and according to my husband, I eat like a king!!

If you miss crackers and crisp stuff while dieting, these are great
The flavor of these is good (at least I think so, but then I like the taste of bran). What you'll miss from actual crackers is the fat. These are dry, and I cannot overemphasize enough that you MUST drink a bunch of liquid when you eat these, or you won't get the excellent filling effect of the bran (or the beneficial effect on ... uh, the other end). I eat these with nut butter, but they also work great with cheddar cheese, cream cheese, or pretty much anything you would put on a cracker. They're very sturdy and hold up well without crumbling, which is really important to me. Buy these with the proper expectations -- ie, that they won't be the same as regular superfattening crackers -- and you'll be very happy.

High Fiber, Low Carb, Very Filling
I received fresh product in a well packaged box none of the crackers were broken. I started eating these crackers to get more fiber into my diet. These crackers not only keep you regular but. they also aid in weight loss. I topped them with cream cheese and sometimes with other types of cheeses I can sometimes eat them alone as well. These are a good staple for the Dukan diet as well as the F factor diet. These crackers come in many different flavors but I enjoy the brand the most they are both high fiber and low in carbs.

Low Carb Crackers, It's good at what it is
I've tried two different flavors of these crispbreads. These definitely have an oat flavor which is pleasant. They fill you up and when I bought them in bulk, they were quite cheap. Having said all that, they are NOT especially delicious. If you're not trying to control your appetite and you're not on a low carb/Keto diet, you can certainly find much nicer crackers that have flavor. These also have quite a rough texture which isn't particularly pleasant. But, with my dietary restrictions, these are five stars.

Used to love but product price has increased astronomically and now the cracker is even thinner
Shame on this company...the product is delicious but capitalism has taken over. They used to be somewhat expensive but nice and thick, worthy of the price. Now the price is jacked up by 35% and the cracker is thinner, you can't even spread butter on it without it breaking...

No taste
It has good biochemical ratios, fiber, low carbs. Unfortunately it gives me a heartburn, it no taste, it is just a filler for the stomach. Oh well...

Great Crackers When Topped with Stuff
I bought them to reduce carbs while still getting that cracker crunch. These are sturdy and hold up. The taste is great as long as you top them. My favorite is lox and cream cheese, and miso and avocado. They're dry as a bone and not good alone, but that's not why I bought them. Lots of fiber and zero net carbs. Win-Win.

Need to lower the price
I started eating these crackers 10 years ago when Hain Celestial was distributing them. They were selling 60 pack boxes with discount codes where you could get them on average for about $1.80/pack. currently at $3/pack is a complete ripoff, especially when some were past expiration. Google the at home recipe for these if you want to make your own. It need some tinkering depending on your baking sheets and oven.
