This stuff has changed my life. I'm not joking. At 61, my energy is through the roof taking 1 capsule with coffee each morning. Before starting this, I was dealing with fatigue that felt like it was at a cellular level..meaning, I slept a decent amount that night but I was so tired that I had to stop and rest early in the day, wanting a nap. Now, I'm getting stuff done non-stop until bedtime, then sleeping well at night. In addition, it has boosted my metabolism. I have no idea how or why, but I'll take it.

Used the recommended dosage over time and did not have any noticeable effects or improvements. Look over the other reviews and see that they are vine aka free product for review. Do not recommend this product as it did not meet expectations.

I found one broken empty capsule inside some time after I started on this supplement. That explains why the inside is covered with power. The capsules are rather large and I need a fair amount of water to go down. I don't expect obvious improvements quickly but at least there aren't side-effects after nearly one month. Since there's no subscription option I might try another brand next time.
