I'm old enough to have had a REAL jheri curl back in the 80s and this is for sure reminiscent of it. The seller reached out to me immediately after the sale to ensure my satisfaction. I got maybe 4-6 emails from them throughout the transaction and after the unit arrived to check in with me and ask that I leave an honest review. The presentation was beautiful. Felt luxurious and well put together. Included detailed instructions for hair care. Hair felt soft and moisturized. Self install was easy. Hair never tangled and looked nice. Because of my whole 1980s experience, I was in shock after seeing the finished product. I LOVE jheri curl styles on other women, but I don't love it on me. So I did the hair god no-no and brushed the unit (the instructions inside said to NEVER brush the unit--just use your fingers and be gentle). Well I brushed that sucker to get some of the tight curls out. Brushing gave the unit a big Diana Ross feel. I wore my hair out that night and the next day the same. It was cute but super big as I used almost all of the bundles. A day or two later, I washed the hair AND THE UNIT WENT BACK IN TO SHAPE! All of the pretty curls were resurrected and ready to go! With every wash (I did about 2-3 of them), the curls were restored and the actual hair was SO INCREDIBY SOFT. I don't recommend combing or brushing the unit the way that I did, BUT if for whatever reason you do some modifications, know that they true curl pattern will more than likely snap right back in to place. This hair took to rinsing and conditioning very well. Pretty and shiny. It's hard not to want to run your fingers through it. This experience taught me that I do not look this style of curl for ME, but the other user's pictures are fairly accurate of how you should expect your hair. I would happily purchase from this company again. And if you enjoy pretty curls and want a diva look I STRONGLY recommend that you purchase. The hair is absolutely lovely! Presentation was beautiful (it included a free gift) and seller communication was impeccable. BUY THIS!

This is some of the worst hair I have ever bought. If I could give it no stars I would. When I received the hair it seemed soft and full. It was only after I had it installed for a day and a half that I realized that I made a big mistake. When I woke up the second day is when I realized it had drastically changed. Mind you it was in a bonnet all night and day, because I was home. I wake up the next day to get ready and the hair is completely tangled and matted at the weft. So tangled that it felt like I was ripping through it to separate the hair. It had turned completely frizzy. Water would not tame it. I was piling gel on it to try to get some type of form to it. Running your fingers through any part of it causes shedding. Extreme globs of hair was come out each time I ran my fingers through it. I never used a comb or brush, because I was scared it would do more damage. It looked terrible, and smelled even worse. It also itched my scalp to no end. I had to uninstall my hair after a week. Please be cautious of this hair. This hair is not good for anything and caused me to waste money on a style I couldn’t wear. SMH

I purchased these curly human hair bundles, and they are decent overall. The curls are beautiful and bouncy, but the hair does require a lot of maintenance to keep it from tangling and frizzing. There was some shedding, but not excessive. The length was true to what was advertised, and the hair was soft upon arrival. However, after a few washes, I noticed the texture changed slightly. It’s a good option for the price, but I expected a bit more longevity.

The hair is very soft with a nice curl pattern straight out of the package. It’s true to length, has good density, and minimal shedding so far. The curls hold well with just water and light product, and the bundles feel full without being heavy. Overall, great quality for the price and easy to work with.

I really like this hair the curls are beautiful, especially when wet, and it has such a natural, pretty look. Shedding is minimal and it doesn’t get matted up, even in the back of the sew-in, which is a big plus. If you want the full fluffy look, I recommend using all 3 bundles. I can’t say for sure if it’s true to length since I had mine cut to frame my face, but it still turned out really cute. Maintenance is super easy; I just use conditioner and water, twist it, and put on a bonnet when I’m not going out. After taking it down, the curls come out really nice and defined. Overall, it’s low-maintenance hair that looks great with little effort.
