Relief and comfort for my knees.
I'm very happy with this knee massager. Since I started using it, I've noticed significant pain relief, especially after a long day or when my knee feels strained. The heat is very pleasant and easily adjustable, and the vibration modes are very helpful in relaxing the area. I like that it also includes hot/cold packs, so you can use whichever is best for your needs at the time. It's comfortable, fits well on the knee, and isn't bothersome to wear. It's clearly a well-designed and high-quality product. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who suffers from knee discomfort or is looking for a practical way to relieve pain at home.

Rodilla massage hot and Frio
My parents absolutely loved it. It’s very convenient because it comes with its own hot and cold pads. It really helps relieve pain, has great power, the massage is very effective, and the quality is excellent. I would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended

Good
Great for heating and massaging my knees. One downside for these is there are so many wires with short cords making it very clumsy and can be frustrating.

This knee massager works really well. The heat is soothing and the vibration helps with soreness after a long day. It fits comfortably and is easy to use. I’ve noticed real relief and use it often.

Highly recommended, excellent product.
This massager has been an exceptional purchase and a resounding success. I bought it for my aunt, and the results have been fantastic. It's not just a simple stand; it's a complete therapeutic tool. The adjustable heat levels are perfect. The heat penetrates deeply. It's not a deep kneading massage, but a gentle, soothing vibration that helps relieve muscle tension and improve circulation.

It will work if you need heat
The CooCoCo Knee Massager with Heat/Cold has its pros and cons. The heat and cold functions work well and provide soothing relief for my knee pain, especially after a long day. It’s lightweight and easy to use, which I appreciate. However, the massage feature feels a bit weak and doesn’t provide as much relief as I was hoping for. Additionally, the straps could be more adjustable for a secure fit. It’s a decent product for mild discomfort but might not be ideal for more severe pain. Overall, it’s okay, but I expected a bit more for the price

Enjoy massages and thermotherapy at the same time.
Just lie down or sit on your favorite sofa and enjoy the vibrating massage with tapping motions. 20-minute sessions are enough for my knee after a workout. It's easy to set up, with a long power cord. You can even insert hot or cold therapy packs as needed while receiving the massage at the same time, which I think is fantastic. It's a very complete therapy for the knees.!! It works well and the heat levels are very gentle on the skin.!!

Comfortable Knee Support with Heat and Vibration
I’ve been using this oCoCo knee massager and it really helps when my knees feel sore or tired. The heating has two levels, and even the lower one feels warm and soothing without being too hot. I like the different vibration modes because I can choose a gentle massage or something stronger depending on the day. The straps hold it in place well, so I can sit and relax without adjusting it all the time. The cold packs are also a nice bonus for days when I need cooling instead of heat. Overall, it’s a practical knee pad for pain relief and daily comfort.

So far I am very impressed with the CooCoCo Heated/Cooling Knee Massager. I love to run and now that I am no longer a spring chicken (45 yrs. old), my knees can get rather sore from time to time. My knees get especially sore when I run a lot of hills. So, my issue is some soreness in the knees after a long run. Let me just put it out there that my experience might not mean much to someone who is recovering from knee surgery or has some other chronic knee issue. The product is very easy to set up and use; it also has multiple uses and applications. Lets start with cold compression: The product comes with four hot/cold gel compresses, which are quality compresses. Some compresses leak after a few freezes or heat-ups—these are rugged compresses and can handle constant freezing/heating. If you know that you prefer cold therapy, you should keep all four compresses in the freezer so they can be available when needed. Personally, I did not like the massage feature while icing. I guess I just prefer the tried and true ice pack on the knee. But the knee covers hold the cold compresses in place and the elastic-velcro bands keep a good amount of pressure to keep the coldness where you want it. Warm/Hot: There is an electric heat option through the knee braces. This is a great option if you want a bit of warmth with a knee massage, but do not want it too hot. If you are seeking heat, then the compresses mentioned above are microwavable—you choose the desired temperature. I do very much like the massage function with the electric heater going. I personally do not need the hot compresses; I think that the electric heat does enough for me. The massaging function works very well. I do not know what each massage function is supposed to achieve, but they all feel relaxing and release tension in the muscles around the knee. I just rotate through them to give myself a varied experience. I can't speak about this product through the lens of someone who has chronic knee issues—but I do think that these knee massagers would help, not hinder and knee issues. If you are a regular knee icer, then the compresses would work well for you and the braces would keep them in place. I would suggest, even if you are just a knee icer to try at least the electric heat and the massage feature once the knee inflamation subsides from the cold—it is very relaxing and I find it keeps the knee muscles from tensing up. The quality of this product is excellent. Everything is well built, easy to use and functions well. I highly recommend this product. The price may seem a bit much—but go and price out some quality hot/cold compresses. I think the compresses cover at least 40% of the cost and you get so, so, so much more on top of that.

I like this produce as for me it eased my knee pain. Although bulky, and I had a bit of trouble adjusting them on my knees properly, once on they provided gentle heat and the massage feature was soothing. It did leave you restricted however as it worked with it being plugged in to an electrical outlet. But I used it at nighttime and it had an automatic shut off.

After using this knee massager for a few days during our early spring gardening prep, I'm finding it quite useful to support my knees. The vibration intensity is adequate - not too strong but enough to provide some relief after kneeling in damp soil. The heating function works well on chilly evenings when sitting at my home office desk. The velcro straps hold it securely whether I'm sitting reviewing photography shots or moving around the house. The gel pack is handy when switching between hot/cold therapy depending on how my knees feel. One minor drawback is the somewhat bulky design when wearing under clothes. Battery life seems decent so far - lasted through three gardening sessions before needing a recharge. like that it fits both my knees and occasionally helps with my elbows from carrying camera equipment.
