It arrived on time in perfect condition. I've been using Berberine caps for several months and thought luguid would be a better choice. And this is the real deal. It's definitely lowering my glucose numbers. I started with a different liquid that tastes like apple cider vinegar. Not a fan. And I couldn't tell it was helping with my glucose levels. So I started looking for a new brand. With better taste. I'm using a glucose meter my auntie gave me. I thought I'd be put on medication, but I'm prediabetic. I've made huge changes in my diet. No more sugar, Keto, little to no caffeine and I was already watching salt intake closely. If I hadn't made these changes, I have no doubt I'd be on medication. I took my glucose numbers before and after my first use of this liquid, and my glucose went down 10 points. My doctor had no issues with me using Berberine. It's helped curb my sweet tooth. I didn't think that was possible! I'm trying not to gain weight back. To my delight I've lost a couple more pounds. The changes I started making in Jan '25 really made a positive impact on my glucose levels. Liquid Berberine works much better for me. And the starch resistant Green Plantains should help with insulin resistance and I'm hoping can bring my glucose numbers even lower.

Good product helps to control sugar and cut cholesterol hasn't helped lose weight which I was hoping for it is strong dosage with side effects like wacovy don't take on empty stomach you must eat a meal only take half the dose 1 time a day to avoid bad headache and nausea and your sugar going to low. They tell you do not take this without your DR approval if your diabetic or on other meds it may interact with or cause sugar to drop to low if you have pancreatitis do not take at all it can throw you into an attack also if you have heart conditions. The Berberine in this is very potent you have to be careful. Please go read about Berberine before taking this. Very important.

Every one priasea certain items and I wanted to believe in this one so badly but I have to be honest. I did not see much change when it came to my glucose readings. I tried it alone as instructed and then I incorporated other remedies like cinnamon etc and I still didn't see any changes. I'm a year in diagnosed type 2 diabetic and don't want to remain one forever so I'm trying everything. This is the 2nd berberine product I've tried and have not seen any significant health benefits or any changes. This is not to say it doesn't work for others just not me. I'm apparently a glutton for punishment so I would even try it for a little longer just to see if the results change. The price as good, it doesn't taste bad at all. Not delicious but not nasty either . It's seems to be a good quality brand and worth the price to buy to try it. It may work for many others.
