The sugar content is good, it dissolves very fast and its hydrating. The important one is flavor, does it taste good? It's ok, not horrible but it'll make you feel good thats all that matters. It Electrolytes and it does it job. Price wasnt too bad but there are better priced out there. I do like the brand though, they have good quality products that makes me wanna everything they offer. I wish it wasnt a spoon to measure, i wish it was a bendable spoon or something.

Love this electrolyte powder! Great flavor with no after taste, it mixes very good in cold water and since using it, i’ve no other issues with getting heat exhaustion on hiking or scouting for hunting. Im on keto which it works well with and it is pretty much all I drink during the day except for coffee in the morning. It was cheaper than some other brands I tried first and actually tasted better in the flavors ilI preferred.

This is a very inexpensive way to replenish electrolytes after a workout. I know it is probably not the very highest quality, I could pay more than double and get closer to that. But for the price, it is more than sufficient for my needs. I am not an athlete or anything, so I do not need expensive cutting edge researched formulas. It dissolves easily. I enjoy the taste. It has not sugar and is easy to fix.

Great for the price. I use it daily and I do feel more hydrated. Depending on your bottle size you need to adjust the quantity. Good flavor too

Most electrolyte powders I've tried do not taste good. Only reviewing the fruit punch flavor here. Will update for others as I try them. It dissolves effectively (either with a frother or just stirring with a utensil), and it's not a bad taste at all. It doesn't feel artificial, not too sweet, and doesn't have the vitamin/mineral taste some do. I also do feel that it is effective in terms of hydration and absorption. I'm a fan of other Nutricost products, and this one not only did not disappoint, but exceeded expectations.

This electrolyte powder is fine if you drink your water quickly. I am a sipper, which is why I need to use electrolytes in my water. The overall flavor is good. Be careful of how much you add: too much makes the drink sour and too little, well, you can't taste it. It is worth the money, I do feel the hydration after I drink it.

Did not know what to expect with this product but it comes with a lot and tastes great! It is pretty sweet and tastes like Hawaiian Punch. Not salty like some others I’ve tried and like the container so I can control how much to dispense rather than single use packets!

My husband drinks the fruit punch. We gtg like it a it. I bought the Apple, pear, white grape. It looks and smells just like peach or mango. Doesn’t taste anything like apple or white grape. It’s still a good product though and I will continue to buy it.

クランベリーのお味。アメリカのキャンディの味。初めは慣れない味に辛かったけど飲み続けてたら小梅ちゃんの味になり、まぁお値段的にもリピありかな。
