This literally last you 260 days it's crazy!
This ball comes with 260 capsules and you only take one a day this has been the longest lasting bottle I have on of medication off Amazon hahaha works great, happy with the capsule quality and size also The Taste is not bad at all and there is regular natural smell from it. It's good!

This product works great for joint pain

Good product but inconsistent and the quality control could be better.
This is the second bottle I have bought, and the first one was great, but the second one doesn't seem to be working as well. I noticed that the capsules are not fully filled. They used to be full, but in the in the latest bottle I received they are only about 2/3 to 3/4 full. I have severe arthritis and all of a sudden it was returning when usually it doesn't bother me as long as I take the Boswellia. But then it dawned on me that there could be a connection between that and the partially filled capsules. I don't know if it's a manufacturing defect, or if the company is cheaping out and not giving the same amount of product for the money. If that is the case they need to adjust the label to indicate that there aren't the same number of milligrams worth of Boswellia, otherwise it's false advertising. Overall I am happy with the product but wish they would fill the capsules all the way. I used to use Toniiq Boswellia which was more potent and better quality but they stopped making it so I had to switch to this one.
