No SD Card
So cute! Comes fully charged, working bluetooth (even connects to airpods), with a charger and earphones. It didn't come with an SD card, even though I remember reading that it came with a 64 gb SD card... It is also smaller than I expected it to be, and it's not touch screen like I thought, but that's my fault for assuming. It's just a little annoying having to use the buttons. It also is military time </3 Besides that, this mp3 player is so cute and useful, I only have like 5 songs on it right now but I'm sure the storage is good! I recommend buying a 128 gb SD card along with the player :)

Controls Will Take Some Getting Used To
Was in need of a dedicated music player since my phone doesn't have a dedicated music player like the previous one I had. It took a while to get used to since I haven't had one of these things in years. Top noted things is that it's not touch screen. You have to use the touch buttons to navigate to the sections you want to visit. Haven't tried connecting it to my computer but did bring my music over using a microSD card.Music Files and PlaybackI have a mix of OGG, WMA and MP3 files and all of them play without issue. With that said, getting a hold of the playback options is a work in progress even with the user guide. I tend to listen to music with shuffle activated but had to disable it as it was playing the same few songs on repeat. And it didn't seem to matter which song I clicked on, it would revert back to playing the previous collection of songs. Currently just listening to the music in order until the Shuffle feature is figured out.Music OutputHaven't opened the earphones that were sent because I was planning to use the Bluetooth feature. The Bluetooth earbuds (onn. brand) work great but there is a volume difference. I have to turn up the device volume just to hear anything. You also have to reconnect the device when turning it back on; it's remembered but hasn't reconnected automatically of the times I've used it.As soon as they're disconnected, the volume coming from the device is pleasantly loud. Having it at a 10 seems to work seamlessly when transferring from one listening piece to the next. I've also listened to the device using my 14-year old Coby wired earphones; 10-volume still works. The one ear piece that isn't compatible with this device are my USB-C earbuds.Music Play Time (after a full charge)Wasn't entirely sure on this, but I did a little test to get an estimate. If you're using the device with the screen on majority of the time, you can get around 6-hours and 10-minutes of play time before the device will cut off [Day 1 of Test]. If you're using the device with the screen off majority of the time, then you can get around 12-hours and 44-minutes of play time [Day 2 and 3 of Testing].The way I did both tests was to check the battery status every hour to see where it was at. I did the always on test first and used the resulting time to test the almost always off (I had to activate the screen to see the battery status every hour). After the 6h 10min mark, only 25% of the battery was used [there are four bars on the battery meter so assuming each represents 25%].At the 8h 42min mark I turned off the player; at this time it was down to one bar. When I resumed the test the next day, the player gained a bar. 2-hours in and the player was on its last bar. 3h 57 minutes (includes the 2-hours) later the device gets turned off (had to go do something and didn't want to miss the cut off time).Resumed play later on and despite showing signs of gaining a bar, the player only played for 5-minutes before cutting off. Total, it was 4h 2min on Day 3 + 8h 42min from Day 2 = 12h 44 min.Screen On = 6h 10min battery lifeScreen Off = 12h 44min batter lifeBonuses:1) You can listen to the device while it's charging which is great when you don't have a backup source at the ready for listening to music.2) It was budget friendly.

Do not waste your money
Terrible I have had this product for a few months and it's still brand new in the box. I have had multiple people trying to assist me to put music and no one can figure it out. Do not buy this item. Downloading music shouldn't be this complicated. A waste of money

EQ not customizable and does not support user playlists!
I really wanted to like this affordable little MP3 Player - in all honesty, it's well built, with a nice feel and what seem like quality materials (metal and glass). Adding music was as simple as drag-and-drop as long as they are supported file types. Any DRM (Digital Rights Management) files, such as those in your iTunes folder will not be recognized.FM Radio function is a nice bonus. All functions worked well and the sound was good. I would have kept this player if it only supported actual playlists. The description says that the player "supports playlists" but it only supports the THREE (3) built in playlists - which cannot be renamed by the way. Any attempt at using an M3U playlist file from other apps did not work. This was really the only reason I returned the player. Some other limitations you should be aware of are:1. This player does not offer a touch screen interface. It does not claim to have one, and it is not necessarily a limitation, but we are so used to using them that it seems strange at first that the screen is not touch activated. This probably helps keep the price down, too!2. The music player does not support album artwork.3. The built in EQ (Equalizer) only has preset sound curves and does not allow the user to configure their own EQ.4. The playlist feature is not really useful. This player offers only THREE (3) built in playlists and there is no way to add user playlists or easily configure the built in playlists (such as editing a data file when connected to your computer) Ultimately this is why I returned the player. If you don't care about playlists and just want an affordable player to hold all of your mp3's, this is a nice value for the money. It's small, seems well built, pretty easy to figure out and the FM Radio feature is a nice bonus. But if you want to build your own playlists or need to customize EQ curves for different listening environments (car, headphones, bluetooth speaker, etc.) you might want to look at a more full-featured player.

Love this for my kid!
Great music player for kids, battery lasts days, the speaker is okay could be better but honestly it’s great for kids! The screen makes the kids feel fancy, very easy to put music onto it from laptop too.
