UPDATE - Week 3: I couldn’t do it. This product causes progesterone spikes and my body just cannot take sudden changes in hormone levels. It completely wrecked my luteal week, I had to stop taking these after I began bursting into tears every few hours and taking offense at every little thing. Fortunately my boyfriend was very understanding when I told him the chasteberry was likely to blame. Powerful stuff. It took 4 days for my system to be rid of it and I had a very unusual period right after. Ladies if you know your body is sensitive to hormonal changes even without supplements, proceed with caution. If it hadn’t been for another woman posting that this ended her relationship it could have gone that way for me. This product is not for just anyone. UPDATE - Week 2: I will try and give regular updates when I can with these - I started right after my last period and the minute I ovulated 2 weeks later, my mood swings worsened. I know the bottle says take for 2 months before seeing an improvement so I’m going to hang in there and keep going, but this was bad. I told my boyfriend to watch me closely - he has been so forgiving but I’ve also been very transparent when things feel rotten, so give your loved ones a heads up if you can: we can’t help our moods but we can give people forewarning which is at least something. I’m about to enter luteal week so wish me luck. I’ll post back again and hopefully I’ll have some good updates. Fingers crossed.

I was very excited to try this product since it was advertised everywhere I looked. I bought this product because I get disabling cramps during my period. Also, I get bad mood swings a couple of days before I get my period. I was hoping for a cure for both of these issues. Instead, I began to get spotting in an unusual color that I was not used to, and nothing else had changed. I thought it may have been an early period but my period has always been regular and on point, I was spotting only a week and a half after my period, and then again a week after that. I also had cramps the entire time I was taking it when the spotting would start. My mood got so bad it ended my relationship. My ex told me that I had been constantly ramping up for the past couple of weeks and he couldn't understand how everything was becoming his fault. I stopped taking the pills after the spotting but the damage is still here and now I am working on fixing what this product broke within me and my life. Something that was supposed to do me good did me so much harm. I am currently on my actual period now, the pain is immense, and it's not a regular flow like it was before. I can only hope that my body will return to normal from not taking this garbage with time. I will not recommend Flo products, I will more than likely deter people from buying it after everything I've been through this past month.
