Great Shoulder Pad. I felt it works well with my vest. It fit the browning vest pocket as expected.

This pad is a perfect fit in my Browning vest. I have not shot with it yet, but it is quite thin, so it should not have much effect on length of pull. The texture feels like it should absorb recoil well.
