These are good for hard to reach places, I use them to pull hair out of the drains. Better priced than pliers and still pretty durable.

This is a basic pick-up, with toothed jaws and a standard latch. It’s well made. The 5” length makes this size a good all-around pick-up tool. The latch is strong but easy to open and close, and the polished stainless color shows when “stuff” gets on them as well. Overall, this is a good, simple, easy to use pick-up/clamp/tool.

This was the best investment. They grip onto objects very well and as of now, I do not have anything negative to say about this product. It is made well and very useful. The color is dull silver, which makes it easy to see. It is a perfect weight, very easy to use, and helps me accurately place items, like cotton, into a doll's wings and other places. This was the perfect tool for my dragon doll!

Had to continually thread football belts through pants or tie strings through gym shorts after washing. So I thought I'd get these to see if it made it easier. Surprisingly it worked very well. Can't speak to the medical uses but if you regularly have to work a string through a waistband you might look at this as an alternative.

They work for holding small craft bits but the locking mechanism feels a little looser than my previous pair.

So many uses for this cool tool. I've pulled lint from deep inside the barely reachable bowels of my clothes dryer. I've clamped a cotton ball to the end and cleaned inside the bottom of a narrow necked tall bottle. I've pulled bones out of fish when using a dirty pair of pliers just wasn't acceptable. The ability to clamp it shut is perfect. And I'm still discovering more uses!

I looooooove this giant hemostasis and only wish I had thought of it sooner! It is so nice and long and narrow for grabbing all kinds of gross things in weird places! Drop your earring down the sink... boom! Got it! Cleaning out your shower drain? 🤮 No worries... piece of cake! Something stuck in your vacuum cleaner?? Done and done! Best purchase ever for such an endlessly useful tool. Get one!!!

Using the 5" variety of this set, I have unintentionally killed 80% less baitfish and trout. As everyone else around me was shoving pliers down the gullets of unsuspecting fish, I proceeded like a surgeon and nearly effortlessly removed deep hooks and kept my live bait alive, instead of it having to become cut bait. Duh, winning! I'm purchasing another set for my other tackle bags.
